Madhouse (1991)
An insult to Edgar Allen Poe
This is the worst Edgar Allen Poe related title ever. It does not deserve to be seen. It actually has very little reference to Edgar Allen Poe's stories. The first three stories might have been based on Edgar Allen Poes work, while the last one just contains Romero type flesh eaters at the end that just came off as a way to just fill up time. You can hear the music is actually ripped from other of Todd Sheets' films (Zombie Rampage, Nightmare Asylum) and some of the props are straight from the costume shop. Do not rent this. The film lacks a good audio system, you can't hear dialogue, and we can just hear their voices bounce off of their walls. The gore was actually very cheesy, in that at one point it looked like bed springs tied together to look like intestines. The stories are blocked out by the bad audio, acting, props, and repetitive music. And it is the stories in Edgar Allen Poe tales that make them what they are, bone-chilling. * out of a possible **********.
Napoleon Dynamite (2012)
Napoleon Dynamite (2011)
Napoleon Dynamite(2011) was actually surprisingly funny. Is it like the movie? Not entirely. One of the things that made the movie hilarious was it's use of realism and lack of bending reality. This on the other hand, is actually using the same brand of humor, but in a different shape. It has the feel of other animated television programs, but still holds that brand of somewhat deadpan, Napoleon Dynamite humor. Though it may focus more on gags somewhat, there still is something for everyone to enjoy. It may not be as high-brow as Bob's Burgers, or as outrageous as Family Guy, it still holds that same key element of the character's goofiness. And that's what the show's key thresh-hold is. A seven out of ten.
Ratatoing (2007)
Ratatoing
This is the lowest common denominator of children's entertainment, it's just that bad. The story is written as a story that was "inspired by" Ratatouille as opposed to just ripping it off, in-which it did. The characters are bland, the story is bland, the animation is horrible, and the voice cast is just unbearable. The villain rat group are epic fail. The voice of the mouse when he says "precisely" sounds like it was copied and pasted in. One out of ten. This is the worst kids' feature ever. It was made by a group of Brazillian filmmakers who try to cash in on the success of other animated features that grace the Box Office.
Channel One News (1990)
Absolutely The Biggest Piece Of Garbage To Ever See School!
This is just a bunch of garbage such as: teen ads, bad movie previews, and of course the Week-In-Rap! They do tell you some descent stuff, but it's drowned out by My Teacher's gossiping because they barely even watch it, I don't blame Them!!! It had a film festival and I was going to submit it to them, it turned out TERRIBLE! But I still submitted it to them anyways! I just wish that my school would not subscribe to these junkies and give us 15 minute worth of extra school time where we can learn! That would be great! This is why complain about Channel One News constantly when it comes on!!! See ya when Ireview antoher thing next time!!!
Aliens in the Attic (2009)
Only if you have kids!
This movie is terrible! I'm a 14 year old and I really like sci-fi comedy and some children's titles, but this is pure garbage! The film's aliens are non-original and as flat and annoying as any other character in this dreadful Kid's trash movie and should be a video game as opposed to a 45 million dollar feature. I view the film as anyother kid's trash that's coming out now-adays such as: G-Force, Diary Of A Wimpy Kid,and this are all Troma's equivalent of Children's genre. I also saw a trailer for Mr.Popper's penguins, and it looked as bad as this! But when it all comes down to it, ONLY BUY THIS MOVIE IF YOU HAVE KIDS AND ARE A STAY-AT-HOME MOM! That's all!*_*
