Article 370 (2024)
Fantastic in every sense
Article 370, inspired by true events, is a movie that is not only extremely well-made but also features compelling performances. The pace of the movie is very good, ensuring that the audience is engaged from start to finish. What sets this film apart is its lack of non-sense scenes, which are often a staple in typical Bollywood movies. Yami Gautam and Priyamani have delivered exceedingly well, bringing depth and authenticity to their characters.
For those who have watched 'Kashmir Files' and were left with a heavy heart, 'Article 370' will come as a refreshing sequel that gives you satisfaction. It's essentially a part 2.
Moreover, 'Article 370' stands out as a perfect blend of action with analytical depth, this combination ensures that the film is not only entertaining but also intellectually stimulating, offering insights into the complex issues it portrays.
In summary, 'Article 370' is a cinematic gem, and a benchmark for future movies.
Curon (2020)
Poor characters all over
Average moving storyline, clichéd characters, filled with leading to no-where side stories, and few woke garbage. There is no horror, just random jump scares. Wouldnt recommend wasting time on it, except for the beautiful village/forest scenery far and few in between.
Laxmii (2020)
Insult to transgender awareness
Horrible and total waste of time. I dont understand who funds this garbage in bollywood
Bhavesh Joshi Superhero (2018)
Bollywood answer to superhero movies
I wonder why such movies are not promoted enough, could have easily missed this owning to mind-dumbing bollywood movies released along side.
First things first, i think Bhavesh Joshi is the first decent superhero movie made by Bollywood, which can be worthy of comparing with Hollywood. Movie style is loosely based on how DC movies are, and draws some inspiration from Batman Begins, however the script and story is pretty good. Acting is decent, background scores are not that great, but still ok( maybe we are just Hans Zimmer far away from a awesome superhero movie.)
You might feel script is little bloated, and some sequence were out of place, but other than that its totally worth the watch. And no, its not a ripoff of kickass.
