The Assassins (2024)
Nice Cinematography, big production but why!?
Peter mimi the direction succeeded in copying the western cinematography style when presenting a historical story like this one, the scenes are rich in beautiful backgrounds and natural scenes with amazing lighting techniques, Kareen was doing his best, I believe, but I think he was a miscast, I'd have loved to see Khaled Alnabawy instead. My main concern for this show is why exactly the "Hashasheen", there're many more important eras in the Islamic history, and more important historical figures, I don't think Hassan Alsabbah, that dark evil man deserved this big production show, and it's really puzzling me why the writer chose this particular character.
How to Get Away with Murder: Stay (2020)
This is how you make drama
I've never cried like this in my life from a TV show, that's how you make good drama goddamn it, that's how you end a show, that's how you close the curtains. Viola Davis is one of best actresses in history of drama hands down, the whole cast are magnificent. Thank you for everyone helped to make this happen, the amount of emotions in this show is unbelievable. I just love it. It's definitely a must see in the world of drama.
Joker (2019)
A beatiful "Monodrama".
It's definitely a Joaquin Phoenix monodrama piece, not everyone I'm sure is gonna appreciate this movie, it's much closer to a theatrical monodramatic performances. Now that said, we have to give it to Joaquin Phoenix for his incredible acting, he did nail it this time and he certainly deserved that Oscar.
Mr. Robot: 407 Proxy Authentication Required (2019)
The best TV episode ever made.
I'm writing this immediately after finishing this episode, I really have nothing to say to give those who made thid piece of art what they deserve, all I can say, is that it was a match of unmatched acting, directing, writing, casting, music, photography, and more.. They should study this episode in the academy. Another thing, if you haven't seen the previous episodes if the show, this one will spoil the whole show for you, but if you're not welling to watch the whole show, then definitely go and watch this piece of art, it doesn't matter if you're not following the general plot, trust me, go and watch it.
Chernobyl: Vichnaya Pamyat (2019)
The Best ever.
That was the single most intense TV series episode I've ever watched in my entire life, and believe me I have watched a lot of TV. No words can describe this perfection, you have to see it yourself.
Ozark: The Toll (2017)
Beatiful..
Wow, just wow, that's all I can say right now. I've just finished this unbelievable season finale, I'm simplay feeling speechless right now, and I'm usually not. You must see it yourself, believe me.. If you even haven't seen any episode from this series, it doesn't matter, that's how good it's.
American Horror Story: Apocalypse Then (2018)
Finally, a decent AHS episode..
I have actually paused the episode in about three quarters of it, cause I was afraid I'd reconsider my words, it's finally happened again, a good powerful, well written episode is here, I just can't believe it.
Ray Donovan: Horses (2017)
Beautiful but very cruel
It was beautiful, amazingly sad, heart squeezing epic episode.. Now that said.. What the hell!? why did they do that to the audience, it was too much, I hardly finished the episode because of the huge amount of pain that was injected into this one, why the creators tortured us like that.. (SPOILER ALERT).. So Abby's gonna commit suicide (it was obvious from the beginning of the season of course), OK it's fine we GET IT, don't throw it into our face like that, actually they stuck a knife into our face. I really loved it, but the sadness dosage was TOO MUCH.
Mr. Robot: eps3.5_kill-pr0cess.inc (2017)
Flawless
This is definitely one of the of the best episodes of any TV shows I've ever seen in my entire life, and I guess it will stay like that for a very long time, cause nothing can beat that, Sam Ismael, Rami Malek, I love those guys, I swear of god it's not because we came from the same country (Egypt), but C'mon, this show is like nothing else I've seen, and I've seen a lot believe me. It's original in every aspect, the directing and cinematography is outstanding, the commitment of the crew is unseen before, the acting is superior, also another amazing thing, is how stable the creators are on their original track, despite the unexpected fame they gained after the first season, they could have deviated very easily from their principles when they started this project together, but no, not theses guys, I love this episode soo much, I don't wanna ruin it for anyone, you just need to go and watch it(I guess you've seen the previous episodes and seasons or why else you're reading a preview of episode 6 at season 3), trust me you'll never regret it.
