Overrated
I just gave this one a try during the pandemic. Lol. The plot wasn't too interesting but I wanted to watch something light and funny. I like PSJ. However, it's weird that he didn't give justice to his 'boss' role. The entire drama got really annoying that It made me drop in the beginning.

Flat!
This is my first Park Bogum's drama. His brilliant acting made me watch it until eps 8 (didn't finish it, though). Was expecting the drama to be light and realistic just like most of the kdramas nowadays, but i didn't expect it to be slow and flat. The girl's character and acting aren't impactful enough, either. It's supposed to be a romantic drama but I haven't felt the chemistry between the two. The girl's aura on TV is not for a lead yet. She would better fit a 'best friend' supporting role or something.
Regardless, i look forward to seeing more development in Park Bogum's character in the drama.

Lacking in depth
I finished the entire drama, so I guess it's not too bad but it's definitely overrated. I like the way how this drama touched the current social issues like racial discrimination and LGBT. However, I waited for something special until the end and didn't find any. PSJ's character doesn't have anything special (except for his determination & kindness towards his staff), other than than, he doesn't have what it takes to be super successful. I don't understand how he managed to beat a multi national company when he doesn't know about business ( no development from beginning til the end) and with his recipe which I didn't find special. You can also skip some episodes and still understand the entire story. PsJ acting is good but he doesn't have to scream every time. :) I feel like he can use different techniques to express his anger. The ending was so unrealistic as well. Anyway, I'm glad I finished it, but this is not one of those dramas I'd want to rewatch one day.

Not your ordinary kdrama
This is not your ordinary Kdrama. The storyline and cinematography are well-thought. It's a breath of fresh air from the typical kdrama. I was personally not into LMH. His past characters were all the same to me. I wasn't really impressed with his acting. But I think LMH gave justice to his role as an emperor in this drama. His acting skills have massively improved and they way he puts emotions is not overly done (unlike his previous roles). KGE, on the other hand, is an excellent actress. She got me started with this drama. :) her ability to control her emotions, her acting voice, facial expressions are just superb; very natural. Oh and her crying scenes! When these two actors try to build romance, no words needed. Their eyes say it all. I just wish they make the product placement a bit more subtle. So if you like cheesy drama with a boring plot, this is not for you.

Superb Acting
This is the Kdrama I can watch over and over again and still get the same hype. The comedy, romance, drama are on point. Watched Eun-tak's crying scenes repeatedly on YouTube. Watched Gong Yoo's movies afterward.
