Watch the emotional melt down!
22 May 2004
Anyone who has lost someone can identify with this picture. "A Little Inside" is an appropriate name for this film. The creators have taken the love for the game of baseball and transformed it into an emotional roller coaster ride that grabs your heartstrings as well as your head. Benjamin King does an excellent job of showing how hard it is for real men to show their emotions. The women who encounter this man are taken in by his love for his daughter and his emotional need to watch her grow. The character Ed Mills is torn between his love for baseball and his love for his daughter. Can't he have both? This film is being recommended for people of all ages with a warning to hang onto your heart.

Charms for the Easy Life (2002 TV Movie)

Delightfully charming!
8 April 2004
The details within the scope of the camera of this film captured an era in which women finally could speak out and not fear being oppressed by men. These three women held a bond which, by today's standard, is cherishable and unique. The script may be old fashion as to leave out the noise and tongue lashings that the audience my only imagine but it also embraces the warmth and love that is special to close knit families. Today's families should see this movie to demonstrate that you can talk back at a certain age and it is alright to ask questions and there should be nothing private inside a family. "Garlic Toast for Breakfast" would not suit as an appropriate title. It is what I will remember.

An historical drama on the right for women to vote.
16 February 2004
This movie is a refreshing point of view on the struggles of women to gain the right to vote. Viewers get the opportunity to experience many facts on the Suffragette Movement of the early Twentieth Century. "Iron Jawed Angels" present the facts on how hard it was for women to be recognized as equals in the United States and sets a stage to understand why women in today's society think they the way they do about women's rights, in general.

Great American Spirit for Every Generation
28 September 2003
My husband was born in 1966 in Texas and is a avid John Wayne fan. He had never seen this film since it wasn't a Western. He was surprised, since he insists that he doesn't really like "war" movies, ie "Saving Private Ryan is OK -but a bad Western is better." He really liked "In Harm's Way" because the casting is superior and the plot was like Cowboys and Indians. I loved the spirit of the American hero that was portrayed and hope that every generation gets a chance to view this movie to renew the spirit.
