Actors that I can't help but be thinking "You're so 'pretty'!" while watching them (on TV. Not from the bushes!). My 'taste' is said to be odd... Order doesn't really apply. Anyone else agree with all 20?
The best 'teethy articulators'...

A list of actors who, I feel, use their accents ('given' or 'learnt'), pauses, teeth, lips and jaws to great affect. Most pleasing! Excluding the first 2, order doesn't really count.
I just want them in my life!!!

I've got such a creepy obsession with this lot. Maybe to say 'addicted' is an apt description! No particular order although DT top spot is... at the top... for a reason. Otherwise, I'm very fickle. You can take it as read that the majority of those named in my other lists, 'belong' here too. And vice versa. I've tried to 'avoid' duplicates (TRIED to), and looong, listing. I 'want' them all! That's weird, right?
I promise I do recognise them as actual human beings and not commodities to 'collect'. They are brilliant and what they do 'happies' me.
Woah, breaking 'rules' and listed more than 20... Toothless from 'HTTYD" (film version of the character, not book) makes it 31.
2018 Edit... Ru Paul? No, not so much now. 2019 Edit... Frances Barber, off you pop. 2020 Edit... Some are just a sign of ‘old’ times. Some can go...

Actors that, in my opinion, can't act.

I don't like a negative list but... Oh go on then... I need to vent a little... and just get rid of my (silly) frustration... with their lack lustre, monotone vocal and facial expressions.
Not including those I only know for terrible spoofs/ idiot action flicks (i.e Anna Faris, Steven Seagal) as, well, it's all kinda tripe. And, although the trash nature of what they find themselves in is not wholly unconnected to their inability to perform... these things are not trying to be... anything but a bit "throw away"? Right?
Best way I can put it is that, for what I've seen them in, I think these people are "cardboard" and stand out as "below par" in comparison to their co-stars and the project as a whole.
Educate me if you will. Perhaps I haven't seen the thing you think them to be good in...? "Doctor's Notebook", "Swiss Army Man", "Imperium" and "What If" completely switched me around on Daniel Radcliffe so anything is possible! Also never thought much of Jennifer Anniston and then I saw "Cake". Then there's Claire Danes who I'm forever "up and down" on... And Ben McKenzie? So bad that it's gone full circle and I love him!
It could also be that I have seen the thing you love them in... and we just differ in opinion. Which is fine. Some are pretty much considered "cannon" in terms of bad acting but I've tried not to include too many "obvious" ones. Also tried to stay anyway from simply listing actors I simply have a dislike for. There's some big names in here. Oh, so controversial...
If you're curious for context and would like to know some actors I rate/ value/ applaud, please do check out my other lists; "The best 'teethy articulators'...", "Beautiful Beautiful", "A Few Actors That Make Me Go "Ooo, yay!".", "So Good but... I forget to think of them... " and "I just want them in my life!!!"

In pairs. Similarities that I (maybe alone) see. Forever being added to.

... for a multitude of different reasons. Have given some examples of particular screen performances that make me love them!
No particular order but trying not to 'double up' with my other list- "Teethy Articulators". Those 20 very much sit well in this list too.

A Fall from Grace (2020)
The dialogue is diabolical!
27 September 2020
Writes a woman 'of age' as so so lucky to have anyone interested in her. Of course that's the angle for Shanon but even Grace's internal monologue is painfully sexist and ageist. The actors are let down by it.
And the conversation about "visiting Africa" is written like the characters are white gap year students. Bluergggggghhhhh.
