First, this is not real, its "entertainment" and considering what it's about - hunting nazis, and also, genesy and the murders of many millions, I totally get that people can get offended. For exampel, the flashback scenes in the death camps are horrible and the next second they cut to really cool action. I get that people can have a huge problem with that. With that said, I will try to explain why I love this serie.
The good guys are cool and always win, the villains are 100% superbad. It's cool and exciting, the music, the photo, the one-liners, Al Pacino, the supporting actors, Josh Radnor as a B-actor turned Nazi Hunter, Lena Olin playing The Coronel (it can only be great). Louis Ozawa is a new favourite of mine, so is the lead actors Logan Lerman and Jerrika Hinton.
I guess we are all hoping for an Inglourious Basterds-vibe that's... there, barely, though If you love Tarantinos masterpiece, you will certinly enjoy this.
There is one thing I don't like though. The German accents, especially Carol Kanes. It's just so, so bad and way too much. And sure, the characters, there's not much development taking place, but If people here hadn't pointed it out, I wouldn't have though about it. So stop pointing things out Experts! And also, I appologize about the Carol Kane-comment. Except I meant it. Her accent was ridicilous. I'm totally an expert. Now go and watch Al Pacino kill nazis with a gold knife. It's great! I say that as the expert I clearly am.
