Plot of this film is ultimately stupid. There is a mass murder and possible black organ market in small town and noboty gives a damn. Nobody except Mulder of course, who is not even an FBI agent enymore. Just concerned citizen.
Police have a suspect, that they interogate on the sidewalk and than just let go and never search for again. Meanwhile he freely roams the neighborhood continuing his criminal business. When Mulder discovers this suspect, he decides to follow him alone. Not informing anybody else, not calling for backup. And than he walks in fortified guarded facility with only a hammer in hand and lets himself to be knocked out...than Scully finds him by pure luck. I will rather not comment her medical story at all. That is pure nonsense. I liked the music though.
