Black Mirror: Beyond the Sea (2023)
Its not a black mirror , but still enjoyable maybe
No one has wrote the opinion that what I'm thinking, it was an ordinary story of all season so far because unfaithfulness is not a new thing in human life, it doesn't have to be like that (humans can cheat each other due to the improvement of technology). Owww, what a brilliant story.
The story has to be related to the improvement of technology affecting human life in such a way that they could not do anything about it. They have to fall into a situation which they cannot handle, and viewers should think that there is no way to handle it, and audiences should be questioning.
If I had to give an example, when we check the episode which is S02E01, there was a couple who loved each other. After a short time, the man died and the woman understood that she could not bear the lack of her husband. She ordered the clone of her husband which looks all the same, but after a short term, despite the husband looking exactly the same as the clone, she understood that he is not the same person. She went crazy because he was not satisfying her, but she could not resist ordering the clone to have her husband. All of these events make viewers think, "If I were her, what would I do?" It all makes sense.
Maybe this episode could be better if the events went like this: Cliff's wife cannot resist the friend of her husband in the body of her husband. Despite their relationship having no problems, scriptwriters could show the woman as fully faithful and having a happy marriage, but she could not resist the friend of Cliff due to him looking like her husband. Circumstances could push her into an unfaithful position, etc.
The story could have been structured better, supported, and enriched with more events, as in the example I gave.
But in this episode, Cliff's friend wanting to cheat with his wife has nothing to do with technology, but with human character. In short, it was not a Black Mirror episode; it was just an enjoyable and pleasant episode to watch, that's all, but it was an episode that had nothing to do with the main story.
Kizil Goncalar: Season's Final (2024)
End Up With Lazy Conclusion , But Strong , Braviest and Fluent Episode
Okay, now this episode is surely the game-changer episode, because there was a huge coup attempt on the group, whose name is "Faniler," as the English word means "mortals."
The TV show already contains some intrigues and manipulating events because in Turkey there are some formations, which are called cults, leading to conflicts between religious people and seculars. Because of that, this episode clearly shows that.
Cults always play politics to benefit themselves instead of the utility for the religious people or anyone else, and they always play games of thrones for power, as La Edris acted.
This episode is very good because it is the game-changing episode due to La Edris's group seizing power from the Faniler (mortals). On the other hand, killing the master of the Faniler is an unusual event for this TV show because, in Turkish TV series, plot characters never die. It is a different thing for this series and a game-changing event. The last 4 or 5 episodes have had great games for power, almost like Game of Thrones. This episode almost reached the quality of Game of Thrones in terms of playing politics.
Another topic related to the episode is the secret of Cüneyt. I think there is a huge mistake because Cüneyt's mother's real forensic report indicates that she never died by suicide; she was killed by someone. Audiences are curious about who the killer is.
But the scriptwriter decided that the reason for the mother's death is Cüneyt, making this conclusion a plot twist. But the twist failed because it is not convincing. The real twist is, unlike the mother who is driven to suicide, who killed her? The other fault is that Said Hüdai (Cüneyt's uncle) said that if Cüneyt's secret was revealed, it would drive their family to hell.
Why? There should be some shady business, like killing or blackmailing, that leads to killing someone.
BUT! There was a huge shocking event: cutting off Naim's hand. Okay, okay, I know there were a lot of brutal scenes worldwide rather than this episode, especially in American TV shows like The Walking Dead or Game of Thrones (Game of Thrones S04E08 or The Walking Dead S07E01; those who watched these will understand what I mean). However, TV series in Turkey have never shown such an arm-cutting scene in such an open and unexpected way because, in Turkey, they generally do not prefer such heavy scenes in order not to upset sensitive viewers or because they are not used to these scenes (yes, we can be too sensitive sometimes).
I understand. But there is something beyond this: amputating an arm is a Sharia process; Naim's arm was cut off because he was stealing, which is in the Sharia rules. Since Turkey is a secular country, Sharia is generally controversial and cannot even be offered. It is not accepted, even among religious people. In Turkey, if you broadcast this kind of issue on television, you can be punished, so it is very brave to cover this scene.
In summary, there were some mistakes in the script, and it could have been more interesting, but there were still surprising and wow-making events. It was a good episode that changed its structure, but it could have been written much better and more exciting.
Günesin Kizlari (2015)
This TV series is Exciting
This show is One of my favorite series between the Turkish series , it is not the only teenage drama and very different, because this series have content like psychological components , lightly violence , mystical fiction and a shockingly twisting and surprise ending , Also its have a deeply bilateral teenage relationships
But The biggest reason for watching this show , its have very deeply relation, harmony and chemistry to between Ali and Selin characters And father and son relationships and a little bit mystery :)
Also , İts have so amazing acting contains like Emre Kınay , Evrim Alasya , Tolga Saritas
This series is the summer show and have very amazing episodes until the end of summer !!
First 15 episode is very amazing , deeply , quality and magical , and after that episode's is bumpy , sometimes very good sometimes awful , series continues but it doesn't excitement like old summer episodes anymore ( first 15 episodes) ,
