OK so I'm gonna go against the grain here and say yes the action and effects were awesome and I even liked a lot of the krypton stuff but As a die hard Superman fan this film left me heartbroken and disgusted.Clark letting Jonathan die? What?Superman destroying most of Metropolis while throwing zod into likely inhabited buildings.no.Superman writer Mark Said,author of a beautifully told Superman origin reviewed this movie best.Google it.if you want a cocky Superman who destroys military property, announces he's from Kansas while wearing the suit,and that stands by and watches his adoptive father die then this is the movie for you.while full of action and great effects ,of which Snyder is a master, it lacks the heart of Superman. and yes he screamed after snapping does neck and felt bad for about five seconds and then made out with Lois.was truly excited about this one and was let down yet again.and Jimmy Olsen? Well he got a sex change.thank you Mark Waid for writing birthright.it was a fantastic origin story. I had heard MOS was based on it.not so much.if this is what it takes to modernize Superman and make him cool,no thanks I'll take good OK farm boy Clark any day.heartbroken and let down.I just hated it

Good but least fave of the franchise

Just seemed a little short to me,not enough story, I think had Michael been in it more it would have been a better movie.I was excited at the end of Evolution because i thought we were going to see more depth in Michael's character and some awesome fighting with elders and lycans.Michael was missed here.Also not that they were bad but the extra male leads just seemed like substitutions for Michael.I did appreciate as a fan that they used Scotts image instead of a flat out recast.i really almost thought he was there for a sec.I really hope there is a fifth to tie things up.Only thing is it will have to be bad ass to make up for this one.But at the same time this movie wasn't so unforgivable,was still enjoyable at times as are all the Underworld films.Really miss Lucian though,he is a kick ass character.

Finally Portrayed as the Warrior she is

Would just like to disagree with previous comments because i really enjoyed this movie.This time around Wonder Woman was not portrayed as pageant queen with a rope but as a powerhouse warrior.She is not a bouncy beauty queen in a swim suit,she is an amazon.They are born for battle and raised to fight for the greater good.This movie stayed so true to the origin and even gave the characters more personality.She is one kick ass broad and her character in the film could have just as easily been male.Wonder Woman is an icon and a very strong woman who while being kind hearted also knows how to be tough when needed.i recommend this movie to anyone who loves comics and the character and I'm a really picky person when it comes to my DC characters.
