Inspector Gadget (2015–2018)

A bitter disappointment
18 March 2015
When I first found out they were making a new Inspector Gadget series I was excited and happy since I grew up with the 80's Inspector Gadget. But seeing what they have turned it into made me really disappointed.

1. The CGI is hideous and all the characters looks awful. I wish they would have gone back the 80's Inspector Gadget animation style. The 80's animation was beautiful.

2. The writing is awful!

3. What happened to Brain's character? He seems constantly angry/grumpy.

4. What happened to Penny's computer book?

5. What happened to Dr. Claw? In the 80's show he used to be a formidable foe, now he is just incompetent.

6. The new character Talon was a bad idea.

7. The voice casting is bad

8. Episodes only last around 10 minutes.

A bitter disappointment and awful ending to a brilliant trilogy.
22 July 2012
Warning: Spoilers
The movie was so boring and lengthy that I considered to leave the cinema. The script was predictable at some points and the acting was so poor amongst some of the actors. Anne Hathaway was horrible, she was not convincing at all and her outfit looked like a cheap Halloween costume. Bane, the main villain of this movie was killed in a split second and everything was forgotten about him, that's it. It's like the script writers wanted this movie to end quickly as possible at this point. The actor playing Miranda who appears to be Ra's Al Ghul's daughter Talia should get the award for worst death presentation, it was some of the worst acting I have ever seen, you can tell that she is acting. It's like she is taking a nap for crying out loud. Blake who appears to be Robin gets access to the Batman cave and all the high tech stuff that is in there, but he didn't receive any training at all so he wouldn't know how to use it. Robin is just an ordinary cop in this movie with no combat skills, yet Bruce Wayne gives away the cave to him and settles down with the supposed Catwoman.

Masterpiece

The year is 2148 and humans has used up Earths natural resources and therefore depleted fleets of scientists and soldiers reap the benefits of the planet called Pandora. Pandora has a high value mineral called Unobtonium that is worth millions. The main character is Jake Sully, a former marine that replaces his dead twin brother in a project called the Avatar Program where the scientist can transport his mind into a Na'vi, an alien of the planet. His job is to infiltrate the Na'vi tribe and become one of them and persuade them into leaving their home so that the soldiers can harvest the Unobtonium. But as he lives among them he grows to sympathize them and falls in love with the tribe leader's daughter.

The movie is astonishing, James Cameron has managed to create the most beautiful, breathtaking world.

A spectacular series that will be missed
7 July 2012
Ever since I was little, I've been a fan of Spider-Man and watched all the series. But this is the best Spider-Man adaption ever made. The show is great and manages to deliver what Spider-Man fans has been wanting. The design is something new and special to the Spider-Man series, in this series we come across a lot of the villains from the series such as Venom, Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, Sandman, Rhino, Lizard, Shocker, Electro, Vulture, Mysterio and many more! It is a big shame that this show has been canceled, this animated Spider-Man series is favorable and deserved more seasons. I am not sure if it will ever happen, but I really hope they will go back to this series and continue to make more episodes because it is hard finding such a good animated show these days.

What went wrong?
7 July 2012
Warning: Spoilers
I can't believe they canceled The Spectacular Spider-Man for this. This show is complete and utter garbage. There are so many things wrong with this show that I don't know where to begin.

First of I can't take the constantly random jokes in this series, they are trying to make a Spider-Man show with a Family Guy approach. I have no idea what is wrong with the creators of this version but they should stay as far away from Spider-Man because they are ruining my favorite superhero.

Also, they got Peter Parkers character all wrong, Peter used to be intelligent but in this series it seems he has lost all his intelligence and has become lazy.

They have also completely changed the Venom's background, the symbiote used to be an alien from space not a creation of Doctor Octopus using Peter Parker's blood.

Something else that has been bothering me is all the characters being introduced to the series that doesn't belong in it the first place. Characters from Fantastic Four, Avengers even Thor.

What has become of you spidey?
6 July 2012
Watched it, and it is in my opinion the worst Spider-Man movie there is. The movie is more focused on the emotional relationship between Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy, there is not enough action it's all boring conversations and feelings.

The actors looks way to old to be in high school. They also got Dr. Connors character all wrong, Connors wanted to maintain his human nature in the comic books, he didn't want to play a god. This Connors was very gloomy. Personally I think Andrew Garfield is a bad choice for Spider-Man, he looks like something that escaped Twilight, he doesn't look anything like a nerdy outcast.

In the movie nothing about Peter's parents is really unveiled. I was looking forward to see the movie, I thought it was an interesting reboot, I liked the new costume and that they have gone back to the web shooters. But it was a great disappointment, I was hoping the Lizard could safe this movie but the villain was poorly made and nothing like I had expected.

To me the best Spider-Man is and always will be Tobey Maguire.
