The Lost Boys (1987)

I can't believe I put off watching this for so long, this movie is so much fun and it gives twilight the middle finger; Everyone looks like they're having a blast, plenty of laughs to be had, plenty of memorable scenes such as the motorcycle race, and a goretastic last half hour; Throughout the first half, random people get snatched off screen and it has you guessing when the vampires will appear; But when the lost boys reveal themselves to be vampires in the last Half hour, it finally becomes no holds barred; I admittedly would've love for the big reveal to happen a little earlier but the anticipation built up so much in the first half made the pay off all the more rewarding

I highly recommend the lost boys.

Cocaine Bear (2023)

I thought this was gonna be stupid at first but THANKFULLY I was wrong about that, me and the whole theater were howling and laughing our asses off the whole way through lmao, we really need more out of the box crazy stuff like this and less superhero crap (I'm still waiting for Deadpool 3 though and the next season of the boys as exceptions); go see this with a big group of people, bring snacks, and have a great time.

Best And Funniest Scene: The Bear Chasing The Ambulance, That's One Of The Best Action Scenes I've Watched In A While, Really Well Done And Really Crazy Too.

I Hope This Beats Ant Man 3.

The Retaliators (2021)

Part Horror Movie/Part Crime Drama/Part Revenge Movie/100% Percent Grindhouse Throwback

I had been following this one for a month directly from the hu's TikTok page and on Facebook and I went to go see it finally last night and it was brutal, for it being a horror movie, it delivered on the blood n gore front and I loved the rock and metal soundtrack too (that was a big draw for me), although for it being a revenge movie, I was expecting a lot more fight scenes out of it since you always think of the hero kicking ass and taking names whenever you hear "revenge movie", and for the crime drama touch, I would've liked to see the biker gang rivalry that was hinted at which also harkens back to the "more action" gripe. But overall I was really satisfied with it, especially since it was an overall throwback to 80's grindhouse with plentiful gore, graphic deaths, hot women, titties, guns, vicious action, cussing, and a bangin soundtrack.

I love Viking stories, I love revenge stories, I loved the vikings tv show (plus the continuation), so I knew this was gonna be amazing and it definitely lived up to the hype. After leaving the theater, I cranked up some Viking metal on the way home and let out a very loud berserker yell since my adrenaline was STILL going lol

Finn Wallace (the head of the Wallace/Dumani Crime Family) gets murdered which sets off a full blown turf war and his son Sean at the same time has to find out who ordered the hit on his father. When I saw the article about gareth Evans making this show, I knew I was gonna be in for a treat, and I was right, there's NO shortage of Brutal action and gore and the performances are great too (Sean is badass without a doubt), and the violence and action scenes are so vicious and gruesome that it makes peaky blinders look like a Sunday picnic, no joke lol.

It definitely lived up to the hype surrounding it and was even cool that it took place away from the main story and didn't distract from it, but anyway, the first 35 minutes is suspense and buildup, but after that, what ensues is literally the angriest and most INSANE shootout you will see in a LONG damn time, blood and brains flying everywhere, the farmhouse getting torn to shreds, it's 20 minutes of nonstop carnage and we're all for it lol. Season 2 may possibly have an episode that'll top this one but that's an early prediction.

18 episodes of build up and what we got was literally a full blown battle scene that made our adrenaline shoot through the ROOF lol, and we even got the best Bruce Lee ism of all: the nunchucks, as soon as Ah sahm did the "bring it" pose, I was like "ohhhhh snap, he's going full beast mode!!!!!", hahahahaha. But yeah, this gang war was way more insane than the last one, I always felt that the one from the first season wasn't long enough, but this one was 16 minutes of brutal bloody ass kicking at its finest.

The Boys Is A Breath Of Fresh Air Since It Makes The Vigilantes The Ones To Root For And The Supes Complete Dicks (Minus Starlight, She's Awesome And Is The Mole/Double Agent In The Seven), But It Still Has The Adrenaline Fueled Action We All Love And No Shortage Of It Plus Plenty Of Well Placed Humor And TONS Of Gore (It Makes Preacher Look Tame For Chrissake), So Do Yourself A Favor And Pop Some Popcorn, Turn It On, And Enjoy The Insanity.

Funniest Eddie Murphy Movie Ever

After watching delirious, raw, and Harlem nights, I realized that the vulgar and raunchy Eddie Murphy was 10x funnier and this was a welcome return to his roots; Eddie Murphy is absolutely hysterical as Rudy Ray Moore and the movie is a laughathon from start to finish, and there's also several other fan favorites like snoop dogg, Chris rock, mike Epps, Craig Robinson aka Daryl, Keegan Michael Key, and Wesley snipes, now if that's not a recipe for fun, I don't know what is.

As Rudy Ray Moore himself would say, this is Eddie Murphy's Muthaf*ckin Mastapiece.

Mortal Kombat (2021)

Just finished watching it and had SO MUCH FUN, they were NOT kidding when they said it was gonna be borderline NC-17, it DELIVERED on the blood, guts, and gore and the fight scenes were SO BRUTAL too lol. Fellow MK fans are gonna have a blast with this, it is a gore soaked nonstop action thrill ride and total adrenaline rush right to the end; if I had any complaints at all, it's that I would've liked to see bi-Han (the OG sub-zero) turn into noob saibot and even would've liked to see ermac and baraka and I was REALLY hoping to see sub zero rip out somebody's spine, but other than that, I had a great time and am ready for the sequel now.

Sticks and stones had me on the floor laughing my ass off the whole way through, NOBODY was safe lmao, every single PC hysteric, SJW, liberal, easily offended pansy, and every member of the alphabet people were shot down one by one, NOTHING was off limits; this is the FUNNIEST stand up special I have ever seen and this is why Dave Chappelle is the best comedian, he doesn't care if anyone gets offended and always doubles down on the raunch and vulgarity and we're all for it.

Cobra Kai (2018–2025)

This has become one of my favorite shows, I am a fan of the karate kid 1-3 and it's more of a companion piece than a spin-off so you could still easily follow it without seeing the movies, only this time there's no good vs evil in cobra Kai, only rivalries (the major one being between Johnny and Daniel), so it's up to you who to root for. I'm excited for seasons 4 and 5, but for now, I gotta list my top 5 favorite fights from the show

I only discovered this show while channel surfing and decided to start from the beginning afterwards, this is a really fun and hilarious show, and they even visit plenty of historical sites too like I would do in St Augustine. I don't have much else to say but I do recommend it, and there's even lots of great music including the songs from Black Sabbath and blizzard of oz

There are several movies centered around Bonnie and Clyde themselves but I like the fact that the highwaymen is centered on the good guys this time, a crime drama with a flip side if you will. my title for this review makes the movie seem like a buddy cop flick but it's not, though Costner and harrelson are fantastic in this and they do play off each other really well

Red Dead Redemption II (2018 Video Game)

This is the greatest game ever made and I say it proudly, it's like you're playing through the greatest tv show of all time, I can't say enough great things about Red Dead 2, the story is great, the voice acting is great, the attention to detail and graphics are beautiful and top notch, the gunshot sounds are fantastic and plenty loud (Michael Mann would be proud), there's well placed humor, there's adventure, there's drama, and it's filled to the brim with the best action set pieces of any rockstar game out there that get your adrenaline going real quick, the highlights for me were the shootout at braithwate manor, the shootout at Mt Hagen (I gave Micah six bullets to the face after the brief standoff), the battle at the oil field, and the battle of guarma. My other two favorite missions were getting SUPER drunk with Lenny (classic rockstar silliness) and Building a house which gave us one of the catchiest folk songs ever.

I'm Surprised This Didn't Appear On The Big Screen Like It Was Initially Intended To, But Netflix Saved The Day And Teamed Up With Andy Serkis And Brought Us Honestly The Closest Adaptation To The Original Source Material From Rudyard Kipling, And Don't Expect Any Musical Numbers Folks Or The Carefree Baloo Like We All Know, This Is A Much Darker, Grittier, And More Somber And Serious Film Compared To The Other Ones, And More Bloody And Violent As Well, So It's More For The Older Fans. But Anyway, The Practical Effects Are Excellent, It's Gorgeous To Look At, And The Voice Acting For The Animals Is Excellent, And The Coolest Aspect Of The Animals Is That They Look A Lot More Human, It's Really Impressive But It Makes Us Relate With Them A Lot More Than In The Previous Films. If You're Looking For The Most Accurate Adaptation Of Rudyard Kipling's Story, This Is It. On A Side Note, Since I Found Out The Source Material Is Much More Gruesome Than The Movies, Now I Hope Someone Will Go All Out And Make An R Rated Adaptation, It Is Possible And I Could See It Happening

It was great to see Chris hemsworth In something other than Thor, this is the second best Netflix Exclusive action thriller, the first being the night comes for us, and this is close to getting a call of duty: black ops movie because the shootouts and fight scenes are just top freakin notch with the standout setpiece being the 11 minute tracking shot where Tyler rake fights his way through an apartment complex and it topped the tracking shot at the end of hard boiled by a mile, I wasn't even anticipating this one but it was sure rewarding when it premiered :). anyway, if you're looking for nonstop action and suspense, being on the edge of your seat, and an adrenaline rush, extraction has you covered

Bruce Lee would be so proud of his vision coming to life and I hope there's plenty of seasons because this show has so much potential and the war ain't over yet. it puts together two of my favorite genres; martial arts and gangster and with a great result, the fight scenes are super exciting, brutal, and nonstop, the story is great, and there's no shortage of blood and gore and cussing either since it's about gangsters after all. season 1 is a total adrenaline rush from the first episode to the last and I'm ready for more with season 2

I even watched this on the premiere day of the rise of skywalker to give that movie the double middle finger

I recently bought the gorier butcher's cut on my Xbox with more killers, more gore, more puzzles, and x-rated deleted scenes and it's a fun and VERY darkly funny homage to 80's And 90's slashers, it does not take itself seriously whatsoever with some of the scene names and killer kodes lol

Baki didn't have much Action unfortunately and what fight scenes there were suffered from too much talking in between, but kengan ashura is the opposite, it delivers nonstop action and adrenaline right off the bat and they frickin PUMMEL the absolute hell out of each other during the fights lol, the theme song is also better though that's just a bonus. I hope a video game gets made for Xbox One And PS4, that would be so much fun and it would sell like hot cakes. another thing to mention is I usually don't read mangas due to them being black and white but the source material could be an exception for me
