The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It (2021)

This one truly is the weakest movie we've witnessed so far, alongside "The Nun", both are rather basic and way too much Christianity-filled explanations that are so boring. These movies can embrace some mystery, I felt like I was watching an episode of Charmed, or a lazy version of Buffy. Not to insult anyone on the creative side here but come on, the script and story is very childish.

Character development was also basic to non-existent, actually you just don't care about anything that happens in this movie, you're not getting sucked in, it's not very scary (mostly because of all the stupid Christian explanations). So let's wait for the next one and hope for the best.

Escape Room (II) (2017)

Waw, this is really bad... Everyone involved in this project must be so ashamed of themselves.

After five minutes in the movie I noticed something was off.

Of course everyone is confused with the other movie Escape Room by Adam Robitel (2019), which is not super great but at least it's a movie worth watching.

So you look up Escape Room movie and you get some good stuff on the other movie, and you overlook the fact that this movie here is not actually the other one.

So, we watched this horrible junk... Waw I mean, it is just really really bad guys... Painful to watch, so awkward. The script is ridiculous, the acting is level soap and basically everything else is a joke.

Make sure you watch the correct Escape Room movie by Adam Robitel and not this crap! Beware!

And shame on you Amazon for promoting this!

Killing Eve: Beautiful Monster (2020) Season 3, Episode 7

It's just going nowhere...

I keep watching because I''m such a big fan but honestly... it is so difficult to keep my attention on each and every episode of this third season.

So they decided to change the pace, the writing, the overall direction of the show, and it's just not working... Every episode feels like a struggle to watch.

Of course, we still love looking at Jodie and co, but what every character says and does... seriously just doesn't make any sense and is mostly completely pointless.

Every time I finish an episode I feel sad... Now we have one more to go and I doubt it will goes anywhere. Hopefully we can go with another writing team next season.

Killing Eve: Slowly Slowly Catchy Monkey (2020) Season 3, Episode 1

Slow and weird (but not in the good way)

The show went through some changes in writers and such, it is a bit noticeable to be honest... The first episode is slow, it is shooting in all directions with no clear goal. They end the episode on a very drastic manner as if that was the only thing they could think of to keep the viewers' attention. Hope we will see some improvement for the next episodes.

Hustlers (2019)

Way too long... Covers only one story, it feels like you're watching the same scene over and over again... long and boring conversations...

The Asian woman was ok, but other than that no character development, or nat least ot one that makes you care. I can go on but I feel this review is getting as boring as the movie. Spend your money on another movie is my advice.

A Very Bad Friend (2019)

This movie is actually quite enjoyable. It's not a cultural or artistic masterpiece but a very fun and entertaining 100 minutes that you will enjoy.

I would rate this movie around 7,5, but as it has a very low score I gave it an 8, to give it a positive boost it definitely deserves.

Great for an evening with friends or something.

How to put this...

If you are under 16 and or have an IQ that is lower than 80 go ahead and watch this movie.

Otherwise choose another one...

This movie is just bad... Sorry but the acting is super awkward and the jokes are so old. Why this one is projected in theatres is a big question to me. Honestly not hating here, I'm a 28 year old average person, just go and watch something else if you get the chance.

Just don't expect too much!

It's not a horror movie, it's some sort of fun teen thriller-ish movie with some twisted scenarios but overall a quite simple script. It's not very scary, though there are a fez fun jump scares. Turn off those critical brain cells and just enjoy the movie...

I guess I can say that I didn't get bored watching this movie.

For reference maybe it's good to know that I watch movies for entertainment purposes. If you are in it for the "art" (think of the most boring movie 'It comes at night'), you might be disappointed. If you enjoy entertaining flicks like 'Happy deathday' or 'The Babysitter' or stuff like that, I'm sure you will enjoy this one.

This show will probably entertain you... IF you are younger than 20 and or haven't seen ANY TV show or movie in your entire life...

Dennis Reynolds gives an ok performance here as he is playing the same role he did in Always Sunny.

My advice... Go back to your buddies in Philly and cancel this show... It's just not great, but Sunny IS.

This show is fun for two episodes and after that it just repeats itself. Watch it if you miss Dennis (Honestly I don't even know his character name in this show because he just plays the exact same role), but don't expect much from it.

Young Sheldon (2017–2024)

Warm-hearted, funny and so cute!

Young Sheldon will make your heart melt. It will make you smile, laugh, cry, ... but most of all it will make you feel so warm and full of love.

This show is so much more than a television series about the young version of Sheldon Cooper. This show is actually completely independent from The Big Bang Theory. It's so much more than the regular comedies.

If you haven't watched it yet, even if you have never seen The Big Bang, go watch this show right now and let yourself be overwhelmed with love.

If you enjoy any movie in The Conjuring universe, you will probably enjoy this one as well.

It's basically the same concept as The Nun. ('Demon' has the same face etc) Created for jump scares, but very basic. A classic and enjoyable horror flick for the fans. Don't expect much but just empty your mind and enjoy the ride.

You vs. Wild (2019)

If you thought Ultimate Survival was fake, wait until you see 'You vs Wild'. This show basically is 'Dora the explorer' in real life.

It's a bunch of set up obstacles, where you choose which direction Bear goes. They also added a 'mission' where Bear is actually going to save someone or something. It's all very childish... It's all very fake... If you have kids, age around 5-12, I'm sure they will love it. But it's definitely not for me.

De Dag (2018)

A very intruiging storyline concerning a heist in a small Flemish bank, viewed from the side of the authorities and from the side of the criminals / hostages.

Although we quickly read a comparison to 'La Casa de Papel' (Money Heist), this series sets out to be more realistic and remains on a 'safe' path throughout the season. Which is quite typical for a Belgian production...

The acting for the most part is ok but there are moments I thought to myself: 'that take maybe needed a reshoot.'

Oh well, overall a very enjoyable binge watch on a Sunday afternoon.

Warning! Boring! Long! Useless! Not scary! Don't waste your money! Once again it's a trap! Like they did with 'It Comes At Night'!

Please, don't fall for the fake reviews and paid advertisings,

As a huge fan of the genre, I have watched almost every horror movie, most of them in cinema. This one reminds me a lot of 'It Comes At Night'. Remember? Boring, Looooong.... Not scary at all... And just plain weird. They too used the news as a way to mass advertise their failed 'art-movie'.

People who are looking to have a good time and a good scare, save your money for when 'The Nun' comes out! Please, don't waste your money on this. Trust me...

I'm not even going to bother actually talking about the movie because I'm sure nobody cares. Just let this movie die and put it next to the other art-garbage that hipsters are trying to pass off as 'scary horror movies'.

For the sake of fun and entertainment I hope these 'art' directors will stop trying to make horror movies.

Truth or Dare (I) (2018)

If you enjoy a teen horror flick once in awhile on a hungover Sunday afternoon then this movie wil definitely entertain you for two hours.

I too was held back by such a low rating but I gave it a shot anyway because I like the genre. Read: Scream, It follows, Better watch out, Final destination, ... Basically fun entertaining and sometimes scary movies. A way of turning off your brain and the outside world, relax and enjoy the movie. If you watch movies for the 'art', then don't bother...

It Comes at Night (2017)

If you have trouble sleeping worry no more, just go see this movie!

'It comes at night' is a wrongly distributed indie drama with one stretched out story line. If you look at movies in a way that only YOU can interpret as a wonderfully unappreciated profound art, then you will absolutely love this movie. If you watch movies to be entertained and you want to have a good time then I suggest you skip this one.

As most reviews tell you the movie is slow and it keeps you waiting for something that just never comes. Even the acting reminds you of the acting you saw in an amateur theater organization from school. 'Overacting' is an appropriate term.

So, if you like a good horror movie, don't bother. I'm honestly not being pessimistic. I for example was very enthusiastic about "Don't Breathe" or "It Follows". This movie doesn't belong in the same list.

My advice? Go watch another movie in theaters, and maybe if you're still curious, watch this one at home some day. Just don't forget your energy drinks.

She Made Them Do It (2013 TV Movie)

Not bad. Enjoyable.

This movie is worth watching. It's no 'Prison Break' or 'Orange is the new black', but it's enjoyable. Sarah gets sentenced life in prison for a crime she says she didn't commit. It's an ongoing movie. I never found it boring. And if you're not excited about the story, you can just enjoy the beautiful Jenna Dewan Tatum! I actually find it weird that there is no bigger audience for this film... Must say I started watching with absolutely no expectations what so ever. So, maybe that's also a reason why I enjoyed it... I mean, only 600 votes? It's like no one has ever heard of this movie. Then I read the other reviews and they weren't great either. But the girlfriend insisted. And I don't regret it. I'm sure you'll have a nice time watching. It's not as low budget or awful as people are saying. It deserves more credit for sure. Enjoy!

Minions (2015)

Better than "Despicable Me 2"

As a big fan of the Despicable Me movie, I was disappointed by its sequel (Despicable Me 2). And thus I hesitated a long time to go and see 'Minions'. But as I went to the movies with a friend, who wanted to see the movie, I gave it a shot. And I must say, I am happily impressed. Lots of fun and cuteness with a nice story behind all it. An enjoyable time is what you'll have if you go and watch 'Minions'. This movie speaks to everyone. Go and watch it with your family, your friends, or even your girl-/boyfriend and you won't be disappointed. So if you, like me, had doubts about this movie because Despicable Me 2 was a bit of a letdown, I'm here to tell you that they made up for it. You'll enjoy lots of laughs, lots of 'awww's, and have fun watching 'Minions'.

Crimi Clowns (2012– )

Amazingly good, shame about the second season...

Finally! That Flemish/Dutch series we've been waiting for, the series you stay at home for not to miss it on television. Crimi Clowns season 1 took a strong entrance in the Dutch television world, amazingly artistic and uncensored. Fun to watch, and rematch, and rematch…!

Wesley Tersago, the ex-student of a filmschool in Amsterdam wants to create a movie about his amusingly disturbed family and friends. 'He uses camera's stolen in 'de Saturn' which is the opening scene of Crimi Clowns. Also used are security and hidden camera's. This way of filming stimulates the credibility of the series and your ability to empathize. Criminality, humor and erotica are the main subjects in this series. Luk Wyns - director, producer and actor (Ronny Tersago) - gave us a great time and made something really special. Great actors, fun characters and hot babes. Lou might be on of the best characters ever and prepare to fall in love with Amber. Even the soundtracks are surprisingly good! But what happened in season 2?

There was no inspiration. To start of the DVD box existed of only ONE NEW episode!. What a rip off (€24,99)! Where did it go wrong? Was there a money related problem? If anyone has more information on this subject, please comment!

It starts with two episodes they already aired in the Netherlands, and of course got on the internet last year. Why they didn't air them in Belgium, no one knows. But if you are a fan, you've already seen these episodes… Then we get Crimi Clowns De Movie AGAIN! So, people who bought the movie separately just get robbed… It's awful really… After that there is only one new episode. I confronted them through their Facebook page. Posting this information on one of their posts. They of course removed it and blocked me, being unable to post anything else. The second season can now be seen on television and I advice everyone not to buy it. The new episode, also the last episode of the series, wasn't very good either. It is very clear that this last episode was created in a rush, with little content and nothing special.

Luk Wyns and co created lots of situations that got ignored after, or left unfinished and before you know it the series were ended, completely. For example would they work on a scam involving stealing from bank accounts for millions of Eur's along side their now fired bank manager and his boyfriend. Also did they start killing lots of people in the series that had no input what so ever. They killed a random biker, or a minister and then never mention it again. And what was up with Lou's accent? He had this amazingly fun Antwerp accent and all of a sudden he started talking with a Holland accent, terrible!

Having said that I really want to encourage people to watch the first season of Crimi Clowns, maybe watch the movie when you're bored… Shame Luk Wyns didn't put more effort into the second season. But let's thank him for the amazing first one though!

It's hilarious, dirty and just lots of fun to watch!
