Daisy Jones & The Six: Track 10: Rock 'n' Roll Suicide (2023)
MASTERPIECE!
I wasn't ready to say goodbye. It was bsolutely Brilliant! I loved every part of it! Many congrats to all involved in this masterpiece! I need rewatch it all over again. Undoubtedly, is the best thing that came to prime this 2023. Priscilla and E. Aaron watch from the sky with great pride! I have read bad reviews regarding the changed lyrics of the original songs, that missing one of the original band members, to avoid controversy, I don't really know the history of the original band and everything that happened to them, I just know their musical heritage. When I started watching the show, I didn't even know it was based on a real story, and neither did the name of the original band, which surprised me. I have really enjoyed each episode, I could not wait to see the next one every Friday.
Morbius (2022)
Highly recommended! It was a trip to the past, to my youth, to all those 80's vampire films I loved and still love
I saw Morbius movie on April 2 and it was absolutely amazing! I can only say really good things about the cast, the director, the FX, the final cut, highly recommended! I hope we'll get more films about this character with Jared Leto on it! It was a trip to the past, to my youth, to all those 80's vampire films I loved and still love. Daniel Espinosa is an extraordinary director, and he made me really enjoy this time watching this awesome movie with all those winks from some of my fave movies. I'm a huge Dr. Who fan, but Milo (Loxias Crown) has become my new favorite villain! Matt Smith is a such really amazing actor, and he got to blow my mind with his performance. When I thought of an actress to play Martine Bancroft I never imagined Adria Arjona would be so perfect for this character, she really gets the magic, and she is the perfect partner in crime to embrace the soul of the beast. Jared as Morbius is just the perfect math! I love the beast! I'm still stunned by the scenes where him walks with his crutches, he did such a perfect job with it. I hope this part is just the beginning of something much bigger coming soon.
The Sandman (2022)
Absolute MASTERPIECE!!! I need more seasons
I couldn't be more excited about this serie, the show's done a wonderful job adapting and updating The Sandman, all the important elements and themes are there, and the story is told so faithfully to the comics, and I really loved the episode 6, my fave! I admit I hoped to be disappointed with the serie, but it turned out to be the opposite. It's addictive, it's really faithful to the comic book series, and I hope netflix keeps betting on it because It's really just an absolute masterwork not just of comics, but of all storytelling ever. There's nothing like Sandman. It's just that grand. Infinite gratitude to Neil Gaiman for this magical gift, can't wait to see more, really soon in Netflix.
