This story is worth watching. This story is worth to be felt by everyone.
15 October 2021
No sports drama or a biopic, but a wonderfully orchestrated movie, towards a single theme of mental impact on women athletes. Won't be naming any actor, as it'll undermine the amazing performances by all the character actors, but kudos for the hard work, put by Taapsee Pannu. This story is worth watching. This story is worth to be felt by everyone.

Well directed Akarsh Khurana.

A poor story with a decent direction that tried to grab attention through the actors. Naseeruddin Shah and Arshad Warsi were good in their roles.

A good thought theme but poorly crafted into a story. It would have better worked in a short film

Very intelligently thought script and decently directed
4 December 2017
Very intelligently thought script and decently directed. Full justice has been done so as to generate the best with the limited story frame. All actors have done a great job. Bhumi Pednekar stands out with a brilliant focused performance where she never leaves her character lite. Shree Narayan Singh after his great Editing skills in various movies gives a good attempt at direction.

A fantastically written script that flourishes under the direction of Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari. After Nil Battey Sannata last year, she once again showcases her direction class. A special mention to Rajkummar Rao who got an amazing chance and wonderfully delivered his method acting.

A senseless story that flourishes on Imtiaz Ali's direction for a while. The moment when you get connected and feel to avoid all flaws, it breaks the connection towards the end. It's the right time for Imtiaz to work more on his writing now. Besides, SRK and Anushka were wonderful in their respective characters.

A strongly written and well-thought script that shows partition vows with a very different and unique angle. Barring the irrelevant noisiness of some characters, it's a well directed and acted movie. Vidya Balan along with other characters like Gauhar Khan, Chunky Pandey, Sumit Nijhawan and Ila Arun were brilliant.

A certain classy visual delight and a must watch for Baahubali lovers. Not strong in content, substandard story, few good characters but not able to withstand the expectations and the excitements that the wonderful part 1 created. It has good fight scenes and a decent love story again but the movie hasn't left the required impact.

A good try for 'Baby movie' lovers but could have been way better. Not even close to the theme and intensity of the previous part. Although it tried to reap the benefits but even if taken as a standalone movie, the script was very dull and less energetic. Taapsee Pannu and Manoj Bajpayee were good along with all cameo roles.

Now that's how the variation of intensity should be shown. A perfect blend of harsh and gentle moments where the message is delivered in a wonderfully subtle way. Swara Bhaskar, the wonder woman comes out with another gem of a performance in an another gem of a movie. The lady can certainly pull any kind of role single- handedly. Avinash Das as a first-time writer and director has done a marvellous job.

Very nice in parts with good funny dialogues. But mostly weak in quality and script writing. Sahil Vaid and Alia Bhatt delivered a superb performance where Varun Dhawan was decent.
