Halo 4 (2012 Video Game)

Master chief returns for more bloody alien combat

I have to admit, the halo franchise is something I have had very little experience in and know next to nothing about. But after getting hooked on halo 4 I can make a guess of what they they're all about. Halo 4 is revolved around master chief escaping after being kidnapped. the story and gameplay are both engaging and interesting but even compare to the maps and not to mention the graphics. the basic tactic to halo is to engage into combat and eliminate the enemy. compared to other shooter games such as modern warfare which is all tactical halo is just fun. there is very little thinking required its just pick varies weapons, engage the enemy and try not to get killed. Although the story to halo 4 isn't as good as the others (so I've heard) fans wont be disappointed, and if your not a halo player (like me) you'll still have a blast!

The Amazing Spider-Man (2012)

Great, better than the other three

I know people spidey fans will disagree with what I am about to say but i think that the original spider man trilogy is like avatar in the sense that they are good movies but are completely over rated. they don't have anything on other superhero films such as say The Dark Knight trilogy, The reason why I preferred the new one was because it was less corny and more satisfying than the originals. The only part I was disappointed with was the fact that peter parkers school bully became his friend at the end, because I was glad to see how they made peters bully was sorry for beating him up when it came to a life and death matter but when he became his friend it was taken to far and felt to corny. other than that it was defiantly worth seeing.

War of the Worlds 2: The Next Wave (2008 Video)

This movie was so misleading I watched it a few years back with a couple of my friends. We were a bit younger than so we couldn't tell weather a movie was gonna be good or not and because war of the worlds was such a big movie we assumed this sequel would be just as good. BOY WERE WE WRONG! this movie was lame, boring, was underdeveloped, had a weak plot, weak script and uncreative dialogue. The acting was o.k but still pretty weak, the directing was average nothing new. some scenes were so dragged out and boring that I found myself getting lost in my own thoughts! SPOILER ALERT part of the films plot was that the military had invented jets that could fly in space so that they could fight the aliens outside of earth.........do I need to say anymore? the only good part for me was the ending, and I don't mean as in I hated it so much that I was happy to see it finish (which I was) I mean the last scene of the film was the most humorous and interesting. Other wise don't waist your time and money on this piece of crap!

Prometheus (I) (2012)

very disappointing

I rented this movie out hoping for a well made, entertaining well you know JUST A GOOD SCI-FI FILM! but what I got was 2 hours of pure crapness. It started off like it was gonna be exciting and fun but than suddenly things just started happening for no good reason, characters that didn't even have a personality just started dying and I didn't even care because they were so UNINTERESTING. Its like the makers just wrote a list of 17 boring people and just thought of uncreative ways of how to hurry up and kill each person off until there was only one left! add some depth and there you go! you have "PROMETHEUS" a boring unneeded sci-fi. Any sci-fi fans will be disappointed like I was! I don't recommend this to any one with more than 3 brain cells!
