A true portrayal of modern society
Unlawful Justice depicts the current crisis of the broken system in the US. Including; racism, poverty, injustice, student debts, and how this affects people of color mainly, resulting in the mass incarceration of poor citizens and unnecessary deaths. This film weighs the balance between morality and survival, where the strongest feeds on the weak.
Love Is Not Enough (2019)
Smart, funny and genuine
A great story and concept put into an indie film. The director has chosen a smart and genuine approach to storytelling that kept me watching and enjoying; I also loved the cool soundtrack. This film is funny; the characters are solid - an accurate representation of modern dating in our times. Overall, an excellent movie to watch.

Unique storytelling
The Evil Down the Street is an intriguing supernatural thriller. I was very surprised by the quality of this good indie film. The director makes a great job in bringing mystery to this spooky tale, he does it in a very engaging way. Great and unique storyline, full of tremendous performances with a pinch of gorgeous cinematography is the perfect recipe for a night full of suspense and fun with friends. Highly recommended.

The concept and story it's original
Earthrise is a compelling indie science fiction thriller. If you're looking for a sci-fi film full of tension that will keep your interest intact, then this is the film for you. The concept and story it's original, there is some impressive use of the set and lighting to create the mood and feeling of being trapped in space with strangers. The film has decent VFX, considering this a low budget production.
Purdah (2018)
A truly master piece!
Purdah is a beautiful and important film in our times. The film features inspiring individuals and exposes the raw reality of the human condition. A young girl pursuing her dreams against family and social pressures. She wishes to play professional cricket, yet she comes from a Muslim conservative family. As her emotional journey twists and turns in unimaginable ways, the viewer is transported into a vibrant and emotional world where the protagonist is eager to fight for her dreams. As the film progresses, it inspires you to pursue your passion for the things you love. Purdah is a fantastic inspirational documentary that everyone should see. The cinematography and direction are just impeccable.

Beyond the Spectrum brilliantly looks into alleged abductions and UFO phenomenon. The documentary maintains a focus primarily on abduction scenarios. The testimony ranges from newly captured interviews or historically added video research, full of interesting and compelling stories. The carefully curated selection of interview material, along with the narrations creates an extraterrestrial experience, transporting you into a new dimension of documentary. If you are a fan of great mysteries or Alien life on this planet, you have to watch this. Beyond the Spectrum is one of the best documentaries I've seen about this, treating the subject in a very intelligent way.

Sumerge yourself in a diverse universe of stories
The Back Pages is an interesting and good quality sci-fi anthology series that resembles of The Twilight Zone style and mood. I loved how every episode was unique and It has diverse stories that are well produced, entertaining, and thought provoking. Here you can encounter from sci-fi, to comedy, to drama, and to western genres. The Back Pages has great promise as an anthology of self-contained episodes that will leave you craving for more. The plots are carefully and intelligently created and each of them has a cohesive through-line. Intriguing and fascinating stories, combined with some great acting along the way. Great job for the director and crews.
Bad, Bad Men (2016)
Creative, interesting and funny
Did Bad, Bad Men predict the #metoo movement? It did certainly open up the conversation around the Toxic Masculinity and treats it as a problem. This film offers a humorous look at this often overlook subject. Director Allen Gardner is able to properly showcase this issue and executes it in a beautiful creative way. This film is full of great funny moments thanks to the great chemistry between all characters, allowing us to relate to the story and to delight us with great entertainment and laughs. This is a must see indie gem.

A visual soundtrack in your mind
This is a great movie in so many ways and with many layers. It takes on the male-dominated, corporate music industry, that can be related to many other industries. The movie has in-depth character development drawing into memorable female characters. The dialogue is deep, intelligent and funny. The cinematography is impeccable, but it was the directing style that blew me away. This, because director Brown builds up the story in a poetic and harmonic way that will keep you on board through the whole story. The original music will tune in your head with great vibes. This indie gem is highly recommended.

A beautiful yet sad story that portrays the overcoming of alcohol addiction. This film captures the essences of strong relationships that forge through rough circumstances. The story has many layers and unexpected twists, with a strong plot and strong character development that will embrace you as the story progress. Overall a great indie gem.

You don't want to miss this one
A great dark comedy in a vintage setting with a stylized and unique look and feel. An enjoyable plot with quirky characters. Behind the humor you can find some deeper messages and worthy life lessons. This film features great cinematography, delightful performances, very creative lighting and colors and some really refreshing music tracks.

A very original approach to telling innovative stories
American horror story meets twins peak "the return", in this fascinating collection of Sci-fi/Horror/Comedy, and odd tales. Some of the themes are dark, spicy and creepy, but overall very enjoyable. It is worth to mention the creative and stylistic storytelling, accompanied with a superb score and a pretty cinematography. Everyone should watch this!

A great movie that captures the manufactured nature of social media and addresses current social issues of our generation. It's a reflection of everyone's secret cyber-identity, portraying the good and the bad. Casey's character world in search of true connections vanishes in this deeply emotional and heartbreaking but beautiful story. Wonderful cinematography, and a great casting are just the perfect formula for this indie gem.
