Jurassic World Dominion (2022)
Boring and forgettable
This movie lacks any kind of coherent story and completely misunderstood why we liked the original movie. All of the action scenes are forgettable and one of the climax action sequences is straight-up copied from one of the previous movies.
Somehow the CGI took a severe hit from the previous one and now every dinosaur just looks like cheap animatronics, almost like they spent all of the budget on Pratt and the actors from the original trilogy, who are only there for nostalgia bait and fan service.
This movie is all over the place, and somehow completely generic
The story is dumb and their evil plan is so thoroughly "Hollywood" it's laughable, zero imagination when writing the script.
Survive the Night (2020)
Waste of time
Nothing happens for 1 hour 30 min, the villains are unfathomably stupid and all the good guys have plot armour. Just skip this one

Wow! What a movie!
Simply one of if not the best low budget sci fi movie I've seen. It's suspendsful, engaging and entertaining in a way I haven't seen since Moon (2009). I saw hint and things the 2nd time I didn't the first and it only made it better, definitely worth a watch
Greyhound (2020)
Feels authentic and doesn't over do it
This movie feels authentic but without being in your face about it, it's suspendsful when it needs to be and the story doesn't out stay it's welcome like many movies does these days
A Simple Favor (2018)
no clue what this movie wanted to be
This movie starts out with a decent enough plot but it has so many plot twists even the movie got confused whether it was a comedy or suspends thriller
Upgrade (2018)
A movie you'd either love or hate
Our protagonist gets paralysed from the waist down, but before he can end he's depression from losing everything from he's work, hobbies and interests to he's girlfriend by killing himself he gets an offer he can't refuse an experimental A.I. chip called STEM. STEM makes him able to do pretty much everything imaginable.
The first 99.9 % of this movie is pretty good and quite frankly entertaining and everything from camera work to VFX to acting is spot on especially for an low budget movie like this ########################
###########SPOILERS########SPOILERS################################################
It's the last 5-6 min. That makes this make a 4 instead of an 7 or even an 8 for me because it is here that it is revealed that it was STEM's plan all along to to make our protagonist paralysed to make possible for him to get the surgery to implant the chip in him in order to take over his body which would have been a cool twist if it wasn't such a kliché that the A.I. was evil.
Sci-Fi somehow always falls into one of two groups either the robots/A.I. is evil or the aliens are, with the odd one that flips it on its head and shows us (humans) as the bad guys and it's a shame can't get beyond that
Pete Davidson: Alive from New York (2020)
Funny guy being mostly not funny
I'm no stranger to dark / f'ed up humour and definitely doesn't offensive or off-putting in that regard, but its the sloppy delivery and awkward pauses that makes this really hard to get through.
It's like he's high (and not the good kind) throughout the show and looses hes train of thought multiple times, he even starts a joke at one point then starts to explain something completely different and never circles back to finish the joke. And I feel bad cus this guy is usually funny and gets too much flak from haters
The Witcher (2019)
Worse than I hoped, better than I expected
Worse than I hoped, better than I expected and what's up with the ballsack armour and helmets ?
The Expanse (2015)
Season 4
First 3 seasons was great, I loved those but season 4 made me loose interest in the show as in completely.
The story is drawn out and boring and the "realistic" view of the show shown in first 3 seasons is lost entirely when you see a space pyramid spinning across a desert (not that the giant portal was any better)
FBI (2018)
Yawn...
This show is filled with predictable and unrealistic outcomes. The show is also too afraid to put any of its characters in any kind of danger and the writers keep writing themselves into corners and Mary Sue'ing through anything mildly difficult. This show has the potential to be so much better but it seems no one making it cares
