Invasion (2001)
Good PPV, shame they stuffed the angle.
An event Pro-Wrestling fans have been waiting for, WWF Vs WCW Vs ECW, but what it turned out to be was the WWF Vs WCW/ECW. From the start the angle looked OK, WCW wrestlers started appearing every where, then they led into this PPV.
Hardcore Title Match: RVD Vs Matt Hardy awesome match, these guys had a couple of classic matches, fighting for the hardcore title. I only wish this match went longer, and had some more spots in it. But it was a very good match, both men worked the match well.
Bra & Panties match: Lita & Trish Stratus vs. Stacy Kiebler & Torrie Wilson never really took off, it wasn't a great match, was OK for people that liked to stare at the woman, but if you wanted a good wrestling match, this wasn't it. Stacy didn't look at all confident in the ring, nor did Torrie. Both Lita and Trish tried their best to pull this one off and save it, but it was dead.
Earl Hebner vs. Nick Patrick was one of the worst matches ever, even having Mick Foley as guest ref didn't save this match from being a complete dud.
Edge & Christian vs. Lance Storm & Mike Awesome pretty good match, was a couple of blown moves in this match, but it was still a good one.
Some of the other matches were good, the PPV provided a good lift off for the storyline, but the WWF killed it off by making many of the WCW wrestlers after this PPV job out, and really didn't give this angle a fair go.
WCW Starrcade 1996 (1996)
GOOD event, could of been better though
This event was pretty good, the Woman's match was good, the Liger/Msyterio match like most matches these two have had was good. Dean Malenko and Dragon put on a decent match. WCW United States Title: Eddie Guerrero vs. Dallas Page could of been better, so could of the tag team match.
The main event (Hogan VS Piper) started out of World War 3 the month earlier, where Piper called out Hogan for a match, in the end Hogan and the nWo at the time attacked Piper's injured hip (right where the scare is) then before Hogan leaves the ring he signs the match contract leaving Piper in the ring trying to stand up.
The match started with Hogan on the outside refusing to enter the ring, so Piper decided to chase him around outside.
WCW Cruiserweight Title/WCW Cruiserweight/Super J Cup Titles: Ultimo Dragon vs. Dean Malenko
Very good match, both men are great workers, both men work hard in the match, and pull of a good one. 4/5.
Jushin Liger vs. Rey Mysterio Jr.
Like all matches, this one didn't disappoint, I am a huge Mysterio and Liger fan, and I enjoyed this match. Liger had just came off having a tumour removed, so he didn't move too well during the match, but still managed to put on a very good match. 5/5.
Lex Luger vs. The Giant,
This match was a dud, Luger over sold again, tried to get Giant up like he did at World War 3. Once he got him in the rack, Nick Patrick kicked Luger in the back of the knee making him drop The Giant, he and another nWo member attacked Luger. As Sting entered the ring, Patrick was sucking up to Sting by patting him on the back, but was shoved down by bat. Sting went over to Ginat whispered something in his ear he did the same to Luger. The left the bat in the ring for either to use it, Luger got their first, but Giant ended up standing on it. 2/5
WCW Tag Team Titles: The Outsiders vs. The Faces of Fear 3/5.
WCW Women's Title: Madusa vs. Akira Hokuto
Pretty decent match, both women worked well, I think there could of been more wrestling moves, and less of the womens hair pulling and stuff. 4/5.
WCW United States Title: Eddie Guerrero vs. Dallas Page Fairly decent match 3/5
Jeff Jarrett vs. Chris Benoit 4/5.
WCW World Champion Hollywood Hogan vs. Roddy Piper (non-title match) 3/5.

World Championship Wrestling: Starrcade (2000)
Best Match was the ladder match
This was a fairly good event, the PPV started off with an exciting match Ladder Match: 3-Count vs. Noble & Karagias vs. The Jung Dragons, the winner of this match would go onto Sin to face the WCW Cruiserweight Champion Chavo Guerrero.
The buckhouse brawl involving Jeff Jarrett & The Harris Brothers vs. The Filthy Animals was decent, wasn't great, I think what turned me off was that the Harris Brothers was in the match.
WCW United States Title: General Rection vs. Shane Douglas was a good match, Shane Douglas shows that he is still a decent worker, General Rection (Hugh Morris) also worked this match pretty well, the finish helped their feud.
Ambulance Match: Mike Awesome vs. Bam Bam Bigelow for those of us who are extreme wrestling fans, this wasn't a great match, it was your classic brawl match, even though Mike Awesome did try his best, as did Bam Bam Bigelow, but it needed a lot.
WCW Title: Scott Steiner vs. Sid Vicious I think Steiner tried his best to carry this match, but it was no use, the finish made for an interesting story line going into the next event.
WCW Tag Team Titles: Chuck Palumbo & Shawn Stasiak vs. The Insiders was a good match, Palumbo, Stasiak and DDP worked well, even got some decent work out of old Nash. But it could of been better.
Lance Storm vs. The Cat fairly decent match, Storm carried the match.
Kronik vs. Reno & Big Vito this match was a dud.
ECW Barely Legal (1997)
Good solid PPV
ECW's first PPV became a decent PPV, one of my personal favourite matches was The Great Sasuke, Gran Hamada, & Masato Yakushiji VS Taka Michinoku, Mens Teioh, & Dick Togo. Could of been a little better, but was a good match.
RVD/Lance Storm was a good match, both men worked the match pretty well, RVD cut a short promo after the match. The 3-way dance between Stevie Richards/Funk/Sandman was a very good one. It's a shame now in the WWE that Stevie hasn't been given much of a chance to show what he has to offer.
After a few failed gimmicks in the WWE, I think Stevie should move on to the indies, he was great in ECW, and would be great to see him working like he did in his ECW days.
I enjoyed the Raven/Funk match for the ECW World Heavyweight Title, I would of liked to have seen it go a little longer, but it was a fairly decent match. The Tag Team match was a fairly good one, I am a big fan of John Kronous, his work in ECW was fairly good, as was Perry Saturn, the Dudley Boyz was good as always, they always knew how to work a crowd, their promos were great in ECW. They really knew how to create some heat between them and the fans.
Gertner always made the PPVs interesting as well, with his quotes, I find him a better heel then Jerry "The King" Lawler.
Scooby-Doo (2002)
Pretty good movie
This was a pretty good movie, it was always going to be hard to bring a brilliant cartoon series to movie, they did it pretty well.
I liked Matthew Lillard as Norville 'Shaggy' Rogers he did a very good job, it was almost like looking at Shaggy the cartoon character. I'm a big fan of his work, I have enjoyed each and over performance he has done, and this one another good job for him.
Linda Cardellini did a good job as Velma, had a the look, and had did a very good job.
Freddie Prinze Jr. was OK as Fred, but I didn't like the voice he did for 'Fred' but he did a very good job, and I was happy to see him in the movie.
Sarah Michalle Gellar was good as Daphne, it could of been better, I'm, not a big fan of 'Buffy' but she did an excellent job, the whole movie it's self was pretty good. It had a good cast, and a good storyline.
I have yet to see the second one, I hope it is as good as this one.
ECW: Anarchy Rulz (2000)
Disappointing Video game
For those who are hardocre ECW fans, this game is disappointing, the matches are OK, but, the gameplay makes the game disappointing. Also, the music isn't the original music found on ECW programming.
If you like games like WWE Warzone, WCW Mayhem, WWF Attitude, you are sure to like this. However, I would of liked to have seen THQ design this game, they have done a fantastic job with the WWF SmackDown! series, and did a great job with WCW/nWo Revenge.
There's a lot to this game that could of been better, it's almost the same as the first ECW game. I would say the best part about it, would be at the start of the game when it loads it show's about 30 seconds of actual ECW footage.
