Okay, i've seen it twice and the second time still blew me away. This movie had my heart racing, fists clenched and eyes watering at times (yes, it is emotional) but the timing, the action, and the story is done perfectly by the Russo's.

Lets start with the opening scene (one of my favourite scenes from the film) Right off the bat you're introduced to Thanos and the wreckage of the Asgardian ship with only Thor, Loki and Hamdal left alive. But its Loki who is fooling everyone in agreeing to give Thanos the tesseract and double crossing Thor. But the god of mischief quickly shocks all by saying "we have a hulk" and hulk emerges from nowhere and starts smashing down on Thanos. While your excitement is building in watching hulk do his thing, having the mad titan up against the wall, things quickly take a turn as thanos overpowers hulk and in two swift, but hard punches, dislocates both of hulks shoulders. For me, this set the tone of how brutal and strong Thanos is as he beats the hell out of hulk in a slick, boxing style! Ducking, weaving and delivering some devastating blows to hulk and eventually lifting him up over his head and smashing him into the ground. I knew then that Thanos was not gonna be like all other villains (forgettable) but a force to be reckoned with. With an actual personality, some dry humour, even emotion. He is one of the best characters the MCU have ever but on screen.
This scene set the tone for the movie. The Character shake up was refreshing also because it was good to see new characters interacting with old chatacters and the humour that went with it was great (Thor & Quill) lol.
All in all, this movie is a masterpiece and has set the bar for future superhero movies. (DC don't have a leg to stand on right now) I will definitely watch it a third time!
