22 Jump Street (2014)
Absolutely Nothing New
In this sequel of the television series, Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum bring on Schmidt and Jenko all over again but this time they don't go to high school but to college. Watching this new movie makes you feel you are watching the same first movie all over again. You get to listen to the same lame jokes and the same lame performances as the try to catch again a drug dealer and it's boss.
I guess the only interesting thing about this movie could be the 5 second appearance of Richard Grieco as Booker in the last minutes of the movie.
Don't expect to see anything new, and don't waste your money at a cinema. Wait for it to be on television if you can. I can't understand how can it be so highly scored in IMDb
Still Mine (2012)
Supporting actor becoming lead
On occasions supporting actors carry the weight of the movie. James Cromwell is the perfect example of this. After decades of being a supporting actor, Cromwell does 'Still Mine' as his first movie in a lead role. It was long due for him to be the star of a film. No only he does a marvelous job playing Craig Morrisson but also stars Genevieve Bujold as Cromwell's wife. This two awesome actors play an elder couple who want and start to build a house against local authorities laws. Never a dull moment throughout the movie, and totally worth the while. It will take you on a journey of watching an elder man take care of his wife and do whatever he has to, so she is comfortable for the remain of her days
