The X-Men are back! And this time, they have to fight in the past to change the future. In a dystopian 2023, mutants are being hunted down by machines called Sentinels. A small band of survivors (including former X-Men Kitty, Iceman, and Colossus) unite with the X-Men and Magneto to end the war. They send Wolverine's consciousness, who is the only one who can physically survive it due to his healing factor, to his younger body to warn the younger versions of Xavier, Hank McCoy, and Magneto of the future war and convince the young Mystique to not assassinate the creator of the Sentinels, Bolivar Trask, because doing so will trigger the anti-mutant movement and the creation of the Sentinels. Packed with action, thrills, great acting, excitement, and themes of hope, X-Men: Days Of Future past is one of the best movies of the summer of 2014. I saw this movie twice and I cannot wait till the Blu Ray release.
