Killing Eve (2018–2022)

An outstanding series

Jodie Comer is an English actress who can really act. She speaks several languages and can mimic any accent. To portray her assasin spy role and her psychotic personality so well is astonishing. The other cast members just as good and believable. One of the best series I've seen. Black humor, killings, and how spy agencies operate and the lies by all involved are pretty realistic. Yes, there are a few episodes in between that are slow but the writing and filming locations are great. Twists and turns everywhere. Ms Comer's face has that sculptured romanesqe and Greek look with her doe eyes. Great figure. She would be my pick for Helen of Troy.

The Last Czars (2019)

Russia an ancient country with rich history

I read one review and the writer was upset with the sex and nudity. This has been going on for centuries and it will continue. Russia and the Ukraine have been fighting back and forth for a thousand years. Europe has always been feudel and left and run by kings. That's how America was formed from those who left these countries and had the fortitude and confidence to leave. Trotsky and Lenin were just communists that wanted to topple the czar . Like the UK, why are the Brits still funding and bowing to king Charles and the rest of them? Because it's ingrained in their DNA. Russia is a beautiful diverse country with many cultures and people. They have gone away from socialism while our democrats are embracing it. It's an excellent series revealing human nature does not change.

Irish Wish (2024)

Lindsay does a nice job.

Yes this is predictable film but the on scene locations are gorgeous and Lindsay is still looking good. She has cleaned up her act as she has aged and still can act. I found some of the scenes funny. Jane Seymour starting to show her age but still looks good forb72. Her role as Lindsay's mother was just in cameos and she never interacted with the other actors or on location. But Seymour always comes across professionally whether serious drama or comedy. All in all a funny movie. Lot of UK actors with less American banter set in dirty cities with homeless walking around. I hope Lohan starts making more comedy films.

Love (2021–2022)

fabulous acting and melodrama

These Korean dramas are well written and give other countries the ability to understand their culture, dating, marriage, traditions etc. Just when I think Ive seen another beautiful Korean actress, others come along. Very talented and these women are gorgeous. This drama involves 3 couples and the destruction of their relationships, the hurt and trauma of divorce and moving forward with new relationships. The acting is tremendous and these actors can give Hollywood a run for their money any day. If I was 40 again knowing what I know now, Id be moving to S. Korea and Id find Im Hye Young. Shes absolutely gorgeous and her character she plays is sensitive and one just wants to hold her, comfort her and never leave the bedroom without her. The 3rd season started out a little disappointing from 3 character changes but the actors held and after 2 or 3 episodes captured the old characters. All in all a great watch. Intelligent group of entertainers. I gave 9 stars only because of the change of actors in S3.

Hotel Del Luna (2019)

I want to move to S. KOREA.

We just got into Kdramas about 4 months ago. Just when I think I've just seen another drop dead Korean actress, another comes along. IU is drop dead gorgeous and if I was 35 again I'd raise an army and sack Seoul for her. All the actors are great and I like the Korean film industry, the writing and story lines better than the junk hollywierd produces. We have also noticed the cultural differences in dating and relationships and drinking in these films. When we have questions I check out on line and we have our answers to the differences. One thing is certain, I would be staying in eternity with IU.

Rosemary's Baby (1968)

Outdated and boring

Saw this when it came out. Was a hot film for all of us in high school. At the time, it was a pretty good thriller with all the religious Catholic dogma shoved down our throats from the old Christian Catholic Doctrine days. Nice to see how I remembered NYC from the 60s and 70s. The acting was good and of course a lot of great actors from our youth. Now years later it's about as thrilling as some Walt Disney film for kids .IMDB in today's world at least gives most of the information on the actors , location filming etc. Personally, reading about Farrows life reveals she's as wacked out as I always thought.

I liked Anna in the perfect story. It's a little far fetched but shows how a good thinking person can survive when it means one's life. The cell phone connections are totally fantasy as well as given birth to a baby in the middle of an ocean. Sorry it's out of touch but interesting to watch just once. The hubby wouldn't have a phone after being caught and shot by unknown captors in the new food less world while world leaders are comfortable in their well stocked bunkers. This is a film the zoomers will like cause it fits their mentality. I doubt that 2 week year old kid would survive this ordeal.

Divorce Attorney Shin (2023– )

Another superb Korean comedy drama

First of all Han hye Jin is absolutely gorgeous. If I was 40 again I would go to Korea, marry her and give up my American citizenship. All kidding aside , another great well written series. All the actors are wonderful in their roles and it's nice to know there are slimey attys and good ones even in Korea. As always in K-dramas the on scene locations show the beauty of this country. The court room scenes are similar to the USA nonsense but it's nice to see people dressed accordingly. I find it amazing how drinking booze over there is commonplace and the national drink is SoJu. Watching these dramas and checking out on line the cultural differences helps to understand their dating practices and the phrases they use as we are more to the point. Good series.

The King: Eternal Monarch (2020)

Love these K dramas

The writing, acting, locations are fantastic. My wife and I prefer to watch these Korean shows than what's coming out of Hollywierd these days. The on scene city and rural locations are void of the filth weave all over America for the last 3 years. This story line has some fantasy and romance. Knowing what I know now about Korea, if I was 35 again, I'd be dating the prime minister in this show. Absolutely stunning. The Korean actresses are excellent and very beautiful. I could live there forever. This is one of the better tv series out of Korea. Makes you feel like you're part of the show and friends with the heros.

Goliath (2016–2021)

Billy Bob at his best.

Fabulous series. Great on scene locations, great writing , great acting. Down and out drunk that Billy Bob seems to do expertly takes a case because the powers to be set him up. Payoffs, murder, corruption it's all here. These scumbags are not only in politics but shows just how far into people's private lives can be disrupted by these greedy law firms. Billy Bob puts an ecliptic group of so called misfits together who do what they did best in former lives to go after those at the top. Working out of his favorite bar and his motel room they take no prisoners. Better than Lincoln lawyer. 100 thumbs up.

Asteroid: Final Impact (2015 TV Movie)

Like watching an assorted cast from hallmark

Run of the mill disaster movie with a few of the hallmark stock players. Of course the blonde, Emilie Ullerup, is easy to look at and I'd marry her for a weekend any day of the week. Great figure. Oh those hallmark girls and lori laughlin is innocent. I could only hope a meteor would fall on DC AND TAKE CARE OF THIS COUNTRYS PROBLEMS LIKE IN THIS MOVIE. Of course the portrayal of the fbi sadsacks have proven true since 2015. The fed gov would give these goons orders to walk into the showers with promises of coffee and pastries waiting for them on the other side. Looks like this was filmed in early spring up in BC. I think that's late june.

Excellent acting, excellent technical advice. Absolutely perfect capturing how DC and the world works and has always worked. If hollywood writers put together these scenarios then you can be rest assured our government and others have already done it. Atlas, is like the Bilderbergers. They have been around since the early 50s. The insanity of Viet Nam and Afghanistan are politically factual. Beverly D'Angelo, plays a perfect Hillary Clinton type. Unless one has worked for the Federal government, the average person believes the theme of this series is just entertainment. I would think these last 2.5 years in.our country reveals the similarities.

Slow but a heart warming film

I do not agree with a lot of hollywood celebrity's politics but Hanks doesnt spout off like a lot of others. As usual, he plays his parts very well and did a great job. The Berlin girl, new to Hollywood movies is obviously very gifted and was believable as the young gal kidnapped by the Indians and raised by them after her parents were killed at their settlement. As an immigrant from germany, she then became part of the tribe. 2 vast different cultures. Trying to communicate with Hanks knowing only the Indian language and forgotten German, really showed her acting skills. Slow film but good story line.

Extraordinary Attorney Woo (2022)

Fun show. Great to see the culture of S. Korea.

My wife started to watch this as she liked Squid Games. I missed the first episode but I started to watch it and got hooked. Very good acting and filming. I like to see how other cultures interact and it appears the Koreans are fairly Americanized. The actors were all good looking and dressed like attys around the world. The gals were all attractive and I can see why American soldiers married them. Good story lines and not drawn out in the court cases. Nice to see a series without killings, woke whites and jam packed with every minority from our American culture. Hollywood needs to follow some new directions.

I liked the political ring to it since our go vfc government does operate like this. It's simple, if hollywood writers can dream up these " conspiracies " you can bet the government has been doing this for years. Law enforcement has always hated and distrusted the Fed authorities. The writers capture the distrust and lies from the feds right on the nail head. One thing trump did correct was expose the fed authorities for what they are and under biden, it's clear they are not in the peoples best interest. This film does a good job revealing this between the local sheriff and the feds. The acting is good. Lots of rain in the NW.

Like the last 2 episodes of seinfeld

First of all the character of murphy is of a manipulating pos that gets herself and others in big trouble. However I like the series and the acting is good. The plot line is a continuence of trouble from this blind woman and the people who stand by her are totally dysfunctional. But its intriguing. Fast moving. Some funny court scenes like those in seinfeld when numerous witnesses testified against the group for their callous attitudes. The sound tracks throughout the series reflect whatever the scenarios are. Some are quite funny. . Lots of bed hopping and comical hook ups. Some police scenes are accurate, some stupid.

Fun adventure beautiful on scene filming.perfect example why teenagers cant be trusted. Loud cant keep quiet in situations that require it for ones life. All that comes from age and experience. However the hot blonde who plays Sara's step mom, now that's the type of babe u want for criminal behavior plus shes hot.

Yes this is what a color revolution does. Usually operated by government officials to remove those not in line with our political values. Reestablish those that will cooperate nicely with us. They used this to get rid of trump. That's another storyline. Point is, this has been done for centuries. In operation now with the reset. Other than government sanctioned units like this very few non government ghosts operating. However we could use a few to counteract our government gangs. Fun movie. Interesting scenarios and the blonde french babe is hot.

Acting fair but the last thing I would do is hookup with some artsy type thinking female that thinks the world will get better and decides to stay while what's left of humanity is dead and only a handful left to space ship it out to a possible earth like planet on a 10 yr trip. Boring. Def for the under 30 zoomers.

Jeff bridges is at his best. Fabulous storyline and the acting by all is fantastic. I've never seen john lithgow act so serious in my life. Remember my demorat friends, if hollywood writers can dream these government lies and Plots, you can bet our government has already done it. A must see.

Color My World with Love (2022 TV Movie)

Fabulous movie about people with disabilities

This is one of the best Hallmark shows ever. My wife taught young adults with disabilities at Project Search. I saw how people who care can make a difference and assimulate them into society. These two young handicapped actors did an absolute perfect job showing that mentally challenged people can fall in love, pursue happiness and live like everyone else in society. The actress who played the mother nailed her role with compassion and the tribulations that go with the responsibility of raising a handicap child and protecting them. I hope Hallmark does a sequel.

First toni collette who plays andies mom has that girl next door look and still looks great in tight Jean's. Never read the book that this movie is based on but its decent and keeps ones interest. All I know is that I'd run away with the mother and the siitcase.. millennials leave your brainwashed morals at home.

Great acting by all of the cast. Ms seehorn plays her lawyer roll a little too good. Shes the girl next door. You feel sorry for her character and you want jimmy to really love and take care of her. The guy who plays lalo reminds me of a spanish burt Reynolds. Saul is always scheming to make a quick buck and he bites off more than he can chew. It's a dark comedy drama. My favorite series.
