Norman (2019)
I had higher expectations, the story is dull
It was way too slow and boring. The only positive thing was cinematography - close up shots and all sorts of other things done with the camera, it looked professional.
However, the script is awful, dialog is boring and actors are, well, pretending to act, they aren't playing their characters.
I really wanted to like this movie, since Primer, which is also a low-budget time travel movie was everything I was hoping for.
Producers focused too much on getting this movie to look pretty and professionally shot, whilst forgetting that story should be the central point.
I could forgive for the bad acting, since, I know they aren't professional, paid actors, as long as the script is good and the story is intriguing. In this case, it felt they just wanted to shoot all sorts of objects up close and show off their camera skills.
I am really sad the plot is so dull, I can't recommend this movie to anybody.
Welcome Home (2018)
Empty and boring plot, don't waste your time
Complete garbage, the plot sucks - it's boring and predictable. I don't understand why Aaron Paul decided to be in this movie, he was the only reason I decided to watch it and I am disappointed.
Don't waste your time.
Black Mirror: Bandersnatch (2018)
Boring, predictable and long-winded
Trailer looking promising, but the actual is movie is extremely boring and long winded. It should have never been longer than 40 mins. Story itself is empty, predictable and I nearly fell asleep. There's nothing really original about it. For the most part it just looks like a Netflix advertisement for their new way of showing movies.
There are plenty of black mirror episodes which are way better.
Thoroughbreds (2017)
Who tf categorized this as a comedy?!
How in the f hell is this abomination categorized as a comedy?
Even for a drama the story is dull, boring and slow.
Knowing (2009)
Excellent
This is the best movie I've seen since '28 weeks later'. I strongly suggest everyone to see it, you really wont regret it! The plot is written in such a good way, that you would never guess the outcome, which I must admit, is a very good and appropriate one due to humanity's depravity and immorality. The acting of Nicolas Cage and Rose Byrne is at it's best, since I've seen other their movies, if I had to rate them, then this would be in the 1st place and 2nd would be 'Next' for Nicolas Cage and '28 weeks later' for Rose Byrne (I suggest you also see those). This is one of those rare movies I watched twice. . . . . . . .
