Love, Rosie (2014)

A Solid Film

Overall, this was a cute, enjoyable movie. It was predictable (as 99% of romantic comedies are) but I liked it anyway because it has heart and quality acting. My biggest qualm was that they marred the stunning Lily Collins with that horrible wig at the end of the movie. Her real hair is so beautiful, they didn't have to do her dirty like that. Other than that - solid film.

honestly sickening

Okay so yes. the woman sucks. she's an elitist. but the way the male lead physically and sexually assaults her into submission is beyond. it's disgusting and i cannot believe this movie was made in the 2000s and considered a "romantic comedy." if it was made today, there would be outrage. I'm outraged. k thanks.

Married by Christmas (2016 TV Movie)

Misogynistic but Humorous

The concept of the movie is super messed up. A family company passes on to the new HUSBAND of the first daughter to get married...not the first married daughter...her HUSBAND. what century is it again?

the only saving grace was Jes Macallan because she's awesome and a few good jokes sprinkled in.
