My Mom's a Werewolf (1989)

Underrated and funny

Leslie Shabor is tired of being under-appreciated by her husband and goes to a pet store to buy a flea collar for her dog and meets a handsome and mysterious man (John Saxon) and has a tryst with him, and over the next few days, she slowly transforms into a werewolf. John did a great job as the mysterious and handsome werewolf.

Chili Con Corny (1972)

really funny!

I always loved this Woody cartoon, it is so funny because the fact there was only one item on the menu, chili and beans and Woody runs outside to cool off from the hot chili and Mrs. Meany makes Woody wash all of the dishes in the restaurant. I always loved the interaction between Woody and Mrs. Meany, really funny! The beginning with Woody driving up and down in his dune buggy was always so funny and the expression on his face when he asks for service at the restaurant with Mrs. Meany saying "keep your shirt on buster" was too funny! Mrs. Meany looks like she belongs in the Popeye cartoons, as Olive Oyl's mother. The 70's Woody cartoons have always been cute and funny to me. I recommend watching this cartoon.

I hate that human that is so mean to Tom!

I really hate this cartoon because Tom's sadistic and cruel owner always does abusive things to Tom and Jerry is actually the one who pushes Tom to get into trouble, the scene at the end with Tom's tail caught in the grill and nearly drowning in the pool is really hard to watch and really cruel. I can't believe they made such sadistic cartoons back then. In the old 1940's and 1950's cartoons Tom and Jerry always did violent things to each other but these Gene Deitch cartoons were beyond disturbing with the animal violence. The other episodes with Tom's abusive owner were just as sadistic as this one. The one when Tom's owner goes fishing was pretty sadistic too, actually all of the episodes with Tom's owner was.

This was a really dark episode

This episode was creepy for a Woody cartoon, the fact the angry god wanted "long pig" is disturbing enough, but the fact the Balinese woman lured Woody and Buzz to their deaths was really disgusting, i saw this years ago when i was a kid and even back then i thought this episode was on the creepy side. That god temple reminds me of the one from the Ghostbusters movie. The part when Woody and Buzz were sitting in frying pans like a couple of sausages is a bit unnerving and sick, What were the writers thinking when they made this creepy episode? The only funny thing about this cartoon was whenever Buzz kissed someone they turned brown from his bad breath.
