Daybreak (I) (2019)

There are so many things i love about this series - it's post apocalyptic, about young peeps, tons of references and a lot of them are actually funny, super interesting characters and motivations, drama, suspence, and so much more.

not to mention the countless minuscule details in shots and scenes that, in my opinion, make this a masterpiece.

I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys post-apocalyptic stuff and the first episode already shows what kind of series this is.

I will definitely pick up the comic this is based off of as well.

looking forward to the next seasons!!

Black Mirror (2011– )

Great!

This show is simply great.

Every episode has a new interesting story to offer and yes, there are reocurring themes or similar ideas, but in my mind that's the point of the show in a way.

It's always thrilling to figure out what the plot-twist is going to be and an enjoyable visual journey even if the episode may not be quite my taste.

Something for everyone

This show is amazing! The animation is great, the stories are interesting and gripping, and the episodes don't shy from humor as well.

I've watched this series through 3 times by now and rewatched my favourite ones even more. My ultimate favorite is Zima Blue ! It's so cute, wholesome, and pure, but also deep, philosophical, and even insightful.

There are episodes that make you think, and episodes that are just whack - but that's good either way :D

Strongly recommend everyone at least try watching the show and am looking forward to the next season(s) !!

Catharsys or The Afina Tales of the Lost World (2018)

This movie needs to be seen many times to fully comprehend what every scene and reference is about. The movie itself is a journey and a very interesting one to say the least, unforgettable to me personally. Recommend it to everyone.

Ecstasy (2017)

Intriguing concept and execution.

It was intriguing. Yes, it is provocative, exploring sexuality, but it also makes you think and deal with it - deal with the complicated feeling. The story itself without the artistic extras is also interesting.

Not a movie for everyone, I think one should be open to new ideas and opinions to like this movie. Then again, quoting my mother:

"People are fine with watching people killed in movies with their kids, but when it comes to physical intimacy, they feel uncomfortable"

Sadly it's true, yet it can be argued, that every sensible human knows that killing is not okay and maybe they feel that seeing sex or something along the same lines is too intimate for the TV? I don't know and I digress.

If you want to experience something new, watch this movie :)

If you won't make it until the end, that's fine, people have different levels for tolerating things. I myself am 17 and would say I'm rather innocent and it wasn't too much for me - while I was watching this next to my mother on a big screen, I was actually laughing, not feeling bad.

I recommend it to everyone.
