Toxic Mess
When Jenna tells Henri that she is toxic, abusive and a mess and she wants her out of her life, I cheered. Honestly how that girl has anyone on her side is beyond me. I can't find a single redeeming quality in the protagonist so the show seems pointless. Jenna and her dad are the only sane, reasonable and kind people I can find in this travesty of a show. Henri is selfish, rude and unkind. When Jenna broke up with her boyfriend, he got drunk and tried to talk to her at the prom. But he didn't do anything untoward. He could have been told to back off in a kinder way. He was a good boyfriend and hadn't done anything to deserve this horrible treatment by Henri (as Jenna's friend). Jenna dumped him on the day of the prom when he had booked a limo etc. and it was obviously a shock. Henri tells him to back off and dismisses his feelings like they were nothing. If this was the other way around, we'd call the guy callous and a jerk. Nothing wrong in breaking up with someone properly, talk to him and explain why. Let him down gently and be kind at least. Why be such cruel to someone who's hurting (regardless of gender)? That is when I really lost interest in the Henri's story. Jenna is a sympathetic character so I'll watch her story till the end of the season. So glad this show has been cancelled.

Entertaining
Well this was an entertaining watch. It's like what Joey said about Rachel's trifle in that Friends episode. "What's not to like? Custard good. Jam good. Meat good."
This episode was a mish-mash of Silence of the Lambs and the Robert Durst case. Not really original but the final product was fun to watch as a whole (more interesting than the sum of its parts).
