Walker: Don't Fence Me In (2021)
every character has something going on.
I was watching the Prodigal son before the last episode of Walker and I was feeling like, "What's the difference?" and it hit me that in Walker every character so far (except Captain James) has some kind of character development of their own done. Their own story, their own troubles and tribulations, expertly woven into the main story so that you have a more well-rounded picture of the story and the characters. This episode in particular obviously started to give answers/laid the foundation for the messiness to arrive in everyone's life. It filled me with anticipation for what happens next.
Walker: Bobble Head (2021)
AWESOME
Walker is the story I didn't know I needed. It's a story about rangers that isn't a police procedural and nothing brought that home more than this episode. Every character is nicely fleshed out, with their own interesting story that is magnificently teased in this episode. We get to see Walker as a father of two unruly grieving teens and it's just heartwarming. It's was also a funny episode and established Walker as the character with very very bad jokes. I can't wait to see where it goes next.
See (2019)
Such an Underrated series
The 'breakout' star of this series, and yes I know he is already a star but this is a new direction for him, is Jason Momoa. If you were still laboring under the delusion that he got by on his looks and height, this series shows you that Jason has serious talent too.
I also love that it features some personal favorites from other series/movies such as Franz Drameh.
the concept is also new and so many questions arise. for example if everybody's been blind for so long, shouldn't they have developed a keener sense of smell, hearing etc as a result? How come people are able to come so close to somebody without them sensing it?
Other than that technical detail, I am so enjoying the story, can't wait for season 2.
