Road House (2024)
Bad movie
The original Dalton was successful and had made a name for himself as a top tier bouncer. It was very cool when he pulled up in his mercedes benz and switched to his work car, which set the vibe of a dude on top of his game. Not in this movie, Dalton is a loser MMA fighter who even lets a dude stab him and walk away. Yes, stab him leaving the 3 inch blade in his gut as if nothing. My take was what an idiot. In this version the "roadhouse" plays no real role here. The director doesn't even make an effort to creat a story around the bar and it's employees, which was critical in the original movie. Also, what were they thinking casting Conner Mcregor? TERRIBLE actor and his character was this mumblling rogue mad dog on crack with chronic hemorroides.

STUPID
LOOKS LIKE MARVEL FOUND A MOVIE TO COMPETE WITH DC WONDER WOMAN 1984 for pre-teen girls.
It is a fact, Marvel and DC are marketing movies for the masses like junk food.
All the Old Knives (2022)
MELLOW DRAMA WITH NO THRILLS
This is a mellow drama with no thrills. No matter how hard and unoriginally the director tries to keep you engaged by forcefully making everyone look like the mole the long boring dialogues and time jumping simply make for an uneventful movie. The acting is mainstream and simple, basically because of the characters they have to play.

Hannity: American Sniper (2015)
A lost man
As ex military I can testify that this is an average movie about a lost man. We are not heroes and we are far from good. We are sent to foreign countries briefed in black and white. We have no politics and opinion. Our employer is the U.S. government and we never know the real agenda. However, we take orders and follow through by doing our job. Then you have some like Kyle that forget their purpose and get lost. We all have been lost at one time or another with alcohol, narcotics, gambling or what not. Kyle just got lost with killing. The real hero in this movie is the therapist that got him off killing and helped him find his way back to life. The movie is misleading about the war in Iraq and how we the government employees felt about it.
