Jurassic World (2015)

ruined the whole experience

This is the worst movie from 2015.

Everything we know from Jurassic park is ruined. Gone. Now we get: * Bad effects * Bad acting * Bad dialogue * Bad story and characters

Why did they put in a hybrid dinosaur? The old dinosaurs was good enough for me. And why the gyroballs? Why make a glass ball, which can be crushed when hit by a branch?

There is only one positive thing about this movie... The final scene!

I want the old Jurassic park feeling back! Please. Let's hope for a better movie next time!

Let us make Jurassic Park great again!

12 Years a Slave (2013)

Film review – 12 Years a Slave

The movie 12 years a slave gives us the story of a slave called Salomon Northup. Salomon is a free man in the beginning, but he gets kidnapped and ends up in a southern state as a slave. The setting is set in southern USA in the 19th century, and is telling the story of a slave.

Salomon starts as a free man in New York City. He has a wife and kids. Then he is going to Washington D.C, but gets kidnapped when he arrives. He was sold on a slave market before he ends up on a plantation. Salomon's first owner is a person who is open to hear what Salomon has to say. They are cooperating to find out how to use the river for their advantages. Sadly, a man called John Tibeats is working there too. He is an overseer and his job is to make sure all the slaves are working properly. He gets in a fight with Salomon, and even though the slave owner is on Salomon's side, he was sold to another slave owner. When he arrives here, he was put to work in a cotton plantation. Every day they had to have at least 200 pounds with cotton. One of the slaves that improved the most was the woman Patsey. She gathered 500 pounds every day. Edwin, the owner wants to protect Patsey, even though his wife Mary wants to sell her. One day Patsey use her Sunday to visit the neighbor plantation. When he come back home with a piece of soap, she gets whipped. At the end of the film, a missionary called Samuel Bass arrives. He want to help Salomon get his freedom back. Salomon writes a letter to his friends back in New York City, to send a proof of his freedom in return. At the end a man with a wagon arrives to drive Salomon back to his freedom. When he comes home to his family, he discover that his wife has a new husband. The movie ends here with everyone embracing each other.

This film is discussing important themes, which was important then as it is today. The film is told from a slave's angel. It is describing a normal day at a plantation, and what the white slave owners did to them. They are serving us the dark USA, and are telling us how much racism it was before. It also remind us that this must never happen again. A lot of this can be compared with the world today. There are still a lot of racism and discriminating. Not just in the USA, but in the whole world.

This film includes interesting characters and dialogue. The story is good, and is taking us into the slave era. We are following Salomon during the whole movie, and the way it is told is very good. We know what he is thinking without being inside his head. The characters is well described and we know who is the bad guys when we see them and hear their first sentence. One of the negative sides is that the story is only told from one angel. To be a complete trustworthy story, they should have included at least one angel from the white people. This film is recommended for everyone, telling an important story. Score: 8/10

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016)

Good action movie, bad story

This was one of the first super hero movies i have ever watched. From what I learned before I went to the cinema, I thought Superman was going to be victorious... But of course I hoped for batman.

I was really disappointed when I went home that day. The movie didn't live up for exeptations. As an action movie it was awesome. A lot of cool effects and cool dialouge. I had really hope that the fighting scene between Superman and Batman lasted a bit longer, but it was good and entertaining!

The story was really stupid... A lot of characters that didn't need to be there. I.G aquaman and flash. And... Martha... I know that she played an important role in Batman and Supermans life, but she was awful in the movie..

After all this I will give Batman v Superman

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (2011 Video Game)

A masterpiece

Skyrim is one of the best games ever made. The story is perfect, the music is epic, the Graphics are beautiful, and finally a game with Scandinavian nature and mythology!

Skyrim is a open world game. If you want to make a deadly potion, you can do that. If you want to explore a ruin, you can do that. If you want to slaughter a village, you can do that!

The story send you out on an epic mission. The mission to stop the black dragon Alduin from destroying the world. The missions are everything from hunting dragons, explore tombs and learning new shouts!

If you don't want to do only main missions, you can also join other guilds! Some of them are The dark brotherhood, thieves guild and the college of Winterhold.

Other great things you can do in Skyrim is to become a werewolf/vampire!

Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials (2015)

One of the best "zombie" movies

It is now a week since I saw this film. One week since I started thinking what to write in this review. After a lot of thinking I decided to start with the word "Awesome"

This movie was much better than I expected. The trailer gave me a bad feeling for this, but the movie did really give me everything I wanted. When I entered the cinema, I did not expect to see jump scares in a 12+ movie. The actors and the sound was everything I could have hoped for. I was really disappointed when I saw the "zombies". They were really good, but it gave me too much "The last of us" feeling.... There was a lot of scenes that reminded me too much about other films. For example Jurassic Park.

after all this I will give the film 7/10 If you like the Mazereunner, zombies and epic fighting scenes, then this is the film for you!

The Last of Us (2013 Video Game)

One of the best games ever made!

It is not easy to know where to start. The last of us is one of the best games ever made. In this review I will explain some of the best parts with this masterpiece. This review will include spoilers!

The last of us is one of the few "zombie" games where you can go so deep in the story. Not just escape from them, shoot them down with a shotgun and then go to the next place and do the same. In the last of us you do really want to find all of the loot. Hear what every person has to say about the life in the quarantine zone, and of course explore the abandon country.

The levels are very variating and not the same over and over again, although the ladder and fleet puzzle is used too much. Every level contains new enemies and ways to play. All from the smugglers, cannibals and hunters to the infected.

The cut-scenes are very impressive. The way that the game communicate with the player, giving you the information you need. The cut-scenes let your imagination go crazy and make a new game in your head.

This game has everything you can ask for in a "zombie" game. If you love games with great graphic, sound and AI this is the game for you!
