Ozark (2017)
Disappointing way to end a great series.
The longer I watch, the less believable it becomes. Money laundering drug lords need curtains or blinds on their windows. Also, they need to stop discussing important drug deals openly in public places. Also, why doesn't anyone have gated driveways? I imagine most drug smuggling operations have rules for minimum home security. I'm thinking that the only reason the Byrde's are still in business is because the FBI allows it. They make it so easy for surveillance. You could just sit in a boat and find out all the plans. The FBI must be complicit right from the start. And what's up with Darlene... why is she still there!!! I think a drug lord would have buried her years ago. But okay, so she's still in operation.... Why doesn't she have more security at her compound? What happened to them? They were there by the dozens when we first met her and her husband a few seasons back. Now she only has Wyatt? She doesn't even have a dog! So sad that Netflix has cheaped out so drastically. They've cut back so much it ruined the show. I might cancel my subscription in protest. Such a sad way to end an otherwise great series.
The Matrix Resurrections (2021)
Well, we watched it...
After watching an interview of Keanu with Stephen Colbert we decided that Matrix Resurrections was a "must see" movie.
Now that we have seen it, we kinda wished we hadn't. The start was slow and felt almost like a parody. Once the action got going, there were too many montages to fast forward the storyline.
Definitely glad we saw it on a small screen. Not enough in it for us to have shelled out for a theatre viewing.
Post Impact (2004)
Hilariously terrible
We watched this movie to laugh at.
It belongs in the genre of movies that are so bad they have to seen. It did not disappoint.
