Grimcutty (2022)
It's not Scary but it's not bad
The movie isn't "scary" but it is enjoyable. I like the fact that it tackles the issue of how the internet has made parents overreact to issues that their children will probably never have heard about if they didn't overreact in the first place.
It's worth a watch, but the rewatchablity is almost zero.
The acting is okay as long as you don't go into it expecting Oscar award winning performances, but let's be honest, it's a horror movie so if you were expecting that, that's on you not the movie.
I think too many people expect too much from horror movies anymore. This movie is pretty good compared to most horror movies released straight to streaming/TV anymore.
Super Hot (2021)
Fun Movie
The movie is what it advertises, a fun indie vampire comedy. The cast does a good job even though they are mostly newcomers. Hopefully Kandace Kale keeps acting as she does a great job in her role.
Freaky (2020)
Fun Movie
If you want cheesy horror comedy, this is the movie for you. It's not going to win awards but it is enjoyable.
The Suicide Squad (2021)
Awesome new characters. Awful movie
Gunn figured out how to make us like the first movie by making this Michael Bays action over plot movie. Bloodshot, Rat Catcher, King Shark, and Polka Dot Man are great. It feels like Gunn forgot they were paying Margot Robbie until the last second and spliced some scenes in. John Cena should have remained unseen through this movie. Whole movie was about 30 minutes too long and the plot disjointed. It felt like Gunn slapped a movie together and went to go get ready to film Guardians 3.
Blood Vessel (2019)
Good movie
Really liked the movie up until the pretty predictable cheesy end of the movie. Enjoyed the Vampires but unfortunately most of the movie is predictable. I like that Shudder is going back to the old 90 minute movie standard, so there isn't much "filler". No unnecessary back stories like most made for stream movies, just shipwrecked victims, some nazis, and vampires.
Scoob! (2020)
Great movie
Great way to introduce the Hanna Barbera cartoon cast to a new generation. Do not go into it expecting the orginal cartoon. It is a great mix of old and new
