Algoissjiman (2021)
I don't like it, but...
It's slow and boring, but they show there a difference types of couple: friends with benefits, lgbt couple, romcom couple, roommates couple and of course toxic one.
I was so proud that the main character Na Bi push away a freaking red flag dude and pursue her own way. But then she start over relationship with him...dude, so disappointing.
A big whoa for wlw couple, it's like first I saw something like this and I watching k-dramas for more than 10 years. So happy that South Korea open up for lgbt plot in their tv shows.
But in general everything is realllllyyyyyy slow, I couldn't finish this drama for many months and when I finally finished I felt relief. FYI: it's based on manhwa and it has different ending.
Gilmore Girls (2000)
I feel like something missing
Maybe watching this in my 30's give some different vibes and perspectives, but I felt something wrong with all of them. I understand that Gilmore girls behave more like real people in real life. Maybe because of that I hated them so so much. The "mom-Lorely" behave like she's still 16. Yes, show makes her like this so we can discuss and watch it. But what about other people in the town? They are weird. In the end of 7 seasons, my favourite character is Paris. Yeah. And her love story. Because for sure I didn't expect she will end like this, especially because of her behaviour, but "she's a doll".
Wish You (2021)
Not my fav lgbt movie, but...
We should remember it's a South Korea lgbt movie, so no sex or close intimacy scenes. Even in kdramas they don't kiss like real people. But this movie wasn't that interesting as I hope at first. Maybe they should as more characters, maybe evil a$$ dude who wants ruin their relationships etc..........but music/songs are good, maybe 'cause I like ballads.
But can we appreciate that they tried to make a lgbt movie in SK? Because they are still kind of strict about non-heterosexual couples.
But it's was nice to watch it, kinda soft and calm and relaxing.
Ojing-eo geim (2021)
Is it me or?..
Why it is so special and Netflix #1? Don't get it. Of course the whole picture is colourful and looks good, but plot isn't unique at all. Of course it's about Korean children game, but I mean - playing for survive isn't new in the film industry.
The Kissing Booth 3 (2021)
Not my style
Sweet, romantic drama for teens, because I guess when I was like 13-15 yo I wanted drama in my life: crying my eyes out because of relationships with cute guy, beach house parties etc. But if you 30+ don't waste your time.
Pray Away (2021)
Like it in some way.
Here we can see same topic but from two different perspectives: the first one - those who run away for better, the 2nd - those who still pray for something they shouldn't.
Midsommar (2019)
Could it be much worse?
Don't like it at all. Only one thing which I liked - a lot of flowers.
