The Flipping El Moussas (2023)
A fixer-upper that can't be fixed.
Wow, just wow! The trajectory of Christina and Tarek from their first season was genuinely engaging - they were both fairly green, had to borrow money to buy houses to flip, Christina clearly had a savvy knowledge of the OC neighborhoods and the buyers' tastes in her design choices (and I am now seeing much more clearly just what creative talents and business acumen she clearly possesses in stark contrast to her replacement).
This Heather Rae ... I'm sure she's a very nice person and that she makes her husband happy ... But what the **** does she bring to the process of flipping houses? I suspect one could walk into Fashion Island and pick any number of random shoppers with better common sense ideas of how to create a sellable home on these budgets and with such skilled builders, quite frankly.
A big pass on this, sorry; it lacks all the positive elements of its rivals.
