So we don't forget...

Randa Chahal Sabbagh delivers here a very personal account of Lebanese war, a true fragmented odyssey in which the heroes are her own mother, brother and sister. The movie title states it clearly; the Lebanese war is not one. Every political party conducted his own, every region, every street: wars of limited land, vision and dreams. But beyond reflecting the complexity of the Lebanese war and showing the antagonisms of Lebanese social and political scene, the camera portrays people who believed, fought, saw death face to face, lived the madness and survived it. The film was released at a time where Lebanon, which is still trying to heal from his wounds, tends sometimes to forget. So we don't forget...
