Xanadu Hellfire (2022)
Small, Medium or Badass aww yeah!
So, I'm a huge fan of Bloodsucka Jones, and Bloodsucka Jones Vs. The Creeping Death. This is the 3rd film by the Nitwit Consordium and is alot of fun. The kids who arenin the film, do a really good job and they don't come across as annoying or like they are reading their lines at all. Xanadu and Raven emote really well and feel like fleshed out characters. This scii Fi epic lives up to being called a Sci Fi epic. I just want Bloodsucka Jones and Xanadu do be in a film rogether now. The jokes in here are extremely funny, and this is the most fun with a film, I've had since Bloodsucka Jones Vs. The Creeping Death! Now I'm gonna eat Badass sized Tsunami Burger awww Yeah!
Plank Face (2016)
An interesting take on a horror film.
This has now been moved to my top five of favorite films. The film is about a family who lives in a cabin, and through various circumstances they find themselves looking for a new member of their family. The make up which was done by Producer, and actress Ellie Church, was amazing. Be warned this is not a slasher film, it's something entirely different, and there's not that much dialogue in the film which, in my opinion makes it similar to Wall-E. The performances are amazing, with stand outs being Brigid Macaulay as the Bride, Alyss Winkler as Bunny Girl, Nathan Barret as Plank Face, and Susan M. Martin as Granny. They all get emotions across without body language and facial reactions, and not dialogue. I highly recommend this film. I watched it on Amazon Prime and will be picking up the blu-ray at a convention later this year!
Christmas Do-Over (2006)
Remake of Christmas Everyday from 1996
The last reviewer said it was a remake of Groundhog day or a rip off and that's not true. This film is a remake of Christmas Everyday which is a film i grew up with and stars Erik Von Detton was aimed more at teenagers. It's a funnier film and has a warmth to it. This film however lacks snow, and likable characters at first. This is one of the shows I catch every year on ABC Family Channel as well as Christmas Everyday. However this isn't as good as the original, and lacks a little bit of warmth and charm that the original had. The only funny thing really about the movie is Jay Mohr, who it's kind fun to see go crazy and psychotic. It was nice to see Daphne Zuniga in something new, but other than that it's average at best.
