Jim is an idiot in this episode. Andy's storyline is terrible. Dwight's storyline was stupid. A terrible episode. But Creeds one line in this episode made it better

The episode was perfect in every way except one thing. Andy. He's such a jerk and a weirdo now. If he wasn't in this episode, then this episode would be one of my favourite episodes of all time.
