CSU Tech Dale Stuckey leaves a potassium chloride syringe trap for Judge Donnelly, fatally stabs leading CSU tech O’Halloran and takes Stabler hostage while scarring him multiple times with a knife. A deadly yet ruthless SOB all because he was secretly an unstable CSU tech, caused the court case on killer Harrison to become a blunder due to contaminating the evidence and felt unappreciated after being roasted by Stabler. Later KO’ed by both Benson and Stabler.

As murderer and attacker Paul Foster who leaves marks on women he’s also raped, this reckless endangering man plays the race card and claims that women are lying hoes.

It all seems iffy when his background is only known for private trading and meatpacking but he is later seen burning the evidence and nearly the detectives upon arrest.

It later turns out that the original suspect jailed for these crimes was a blunder by Stabler and accidentally sent to prison but this man finally gets incarcerated.

When being hauled to jail, he even threatens to piss all over the arresting detective’s car and is later killed by that rogue detective but hus main perpetrating crimes will not be forgotten.

A ruthless ex-con who Voight knows and supervises post-prison release. After awhile, all bets are off and he refuses to play nice with any kind of rules and returns to his murderous robbing ways.

Brown previously played a crooked sheriff on the original L&O as well.

In Conviction, he’s one of the two gunmen facing trial that takes the courtroom hostage in the series finale while pondering if he made the better choice (He didn’!).

As Brian, the head of the Revolutionary Aryan Warriors (RAW) Neo-Nazi group on SVU.

As Kyle, the son of Brian, the head of the Revolutionary Aryan Warriors (RAW) Neo-Nazi terrorist coalition who shoots up a courtroom with some fatalities.

As a hospital boss on the original show, Nouri’s role indicates that he ordered to have a patient unplugged despite patient being in a coma and without prior consent from family.

This episode does a good job at the still timely issue of playing God versus asking permission from groeving loved ones when a family member is in a vegetable state.

On SVU, he plays a manipulative and controlling psychiatrist who drugs up this one kid and uses his guardianship rights to do more experimentation on him.

Religious zealot on SVU who pimped out Mischa Barton as a streetwalker for 10 years. Maniacal and ruthless in damning those who he feels don’t see eye to eye with him, he’s hostile without laying a hand on those he’s religiously prosecuting.

As a Bernie Madoff compared businessman and elite hotel owner Richard Morgan on SVU, he has failed to pay back debts for many people who invested in him as well as made two people he killed magically disappear (including one who was an inside gal for the IRS and the other for which he framed an innocent man for).

He is shot in the elevator by an older civilian who was ripped off by him so justice is somewhat served but given his smooth criminal persona and lack of sympathy or acknowledgment of his wrongdoings, he’s an amoral type that’ll linger in your head for awhile given how plausible the depiction was.

Whie his lawyer Ingrid (Lena Olin) is partially complicit in one if his murders, she escapes incarceration for awhile due to the limited evidence, Stabler facilitating an arrest too soon and her playing up the whole attorney-client priviledge card.

As Rosa Donetti on SVU, she lets her son be the fall guy for her murdering the whistleblower of her meat factory which contains shards of glass, rat droppings, mutating bacteria and cockroaches to name many issues. She is arrested after Benson reveals her heritage history doesn’t add up and she briefly pushes Munch away.

In the first two eps of SVU’s 12th season, he plays a pedophile watch group orchestrator who has some speazy aspects to his persona. It then becomes apparent that he raped someone at age 9 and made it look like this gal died when really he had to find a way to male people who were worst than him get more attention than he would otherwise. He has done such a good job of shelving this nasty chapter of his life away that when he finally confesses, he’s so broken up that he is unable to even convincingly lie anymore.

CI guest villain as a warden in love with a prisoner he helped escape. The crime might be not that deep but the overall cover-up really stands out.

Deciding to unleash a bomb that he’s personally driving to a border crossing and wanted to wipe out anyone not born here in America, he also us finally dispatched after initially massacring some teens visiting a Native American reservation’s tourist attraction.

As Jamie Ross’s ex husband in Season 7 of the original show who goes against her in a legal case involving an LA scumbag while using his bitter divorce to distract her valid points.

On CI, she plays a crooked cop hustling money from drug dealers she oversees.

On SVU’s 16th season, he ends up playing a dentist who rapes his sister’s daughter (his 16 year old niece) and tries to downplay it in every sneaky possible way. You’ll want to slam this scumbag into a window before the episode is done!

On SVU S16, she plays the abusive parole officer of Caresi’s sister’s fiance. If her parolee doesn’t trade sexual favors, she makes his life hell! He’s not the only victim of her’s either.

Titus has played other villains on the franchise but Miller, in his three episodes, is a bearded sleazy scumbag who threatens a judge, uses other dirty tricks against an opposing lawyer and has other endlessly yet creatively low-life ways at getting what he wants while abusing his priviledge as an attorney. Also does many sneaky yet well-coordinated rape attacks on at least 3 people and killing 1 woman.

As media mogul Sir Tobias Moore, a Harvey Weinstein type baddie in S21 premiere.

Dylan portrays a ruthless Italian mobster of a fanmily clan named the Sinatras. He offs his racist capo father and is responsible for having one of his goons try killing Stabler only to result in the death of his beloved wife Kathy.

His one-step-ahead cat abd mouse clgames are what transpire on Organized Crime.

Congressman Howard in SVU Season 23 premiere who decides to run for President, has Wall Street ties, is permiscuous and is part of another group of political crooks who are part of a bunch of apartment landlords who solicit sex in exchange for not evicting said residents.
