Good Films Shot in 16MM

As people surrender to digital technologies for making movies, it seems to me that real film should be seen again and looked at in a different way. The arguments for digital moving images are typically based on the belief that it is cheaper. It might in fact be cheaper, but it looks cheaper too. And as Fuji and Kodak run into solvency problems, the market for 16MM film will maybe acquire a more botique business model (for instance ORWO and other European suppliers of 16MM). That works for the advantage of filmmakers who have the integrity to the visual beauty of real film.
