We loved this show, too. The only really bad part was the way it ended for Sam. Al got the mother of all "do-overs" and Sam was lost in time? We wanted him to be able to return to Project Quantum Leap and get his own "happily ever after" with Donna & Sammie Jo. But....here's Quantum Leap: "Theorizing that one could time travel within his own lifetime, Dr. Sam Beckett stepped into the quantum leap accelerator and vanished. He awoke to find himself trapped in the past, facing mirror images that were not his own, and driven by an unknown force to change history for the better. His only guide on this journey is Al, an observer from his own time, who appears in the form of a hologram that only Sam can see and hear. I loved the pictures her mind brought up....especially the time an idiotic prosecutor was blathering on and her mind saw the rear end of a mule, and then all you hear is something large dropping all over a wooden floor. In 1 part of the 80's, there was a interest in 60's music. The theme song for this was redone by Del Shannon, himself, who performed the original song, Runaway. "As I walk along, I wonder, what went wrong, With our love, a love that was so strong. And as I still walk on, I think of, the things we've done, together, while our hearts were young. I'm a walkin' in the rain,Tears are fallin', and I feel the pain. Wishin' you were here by me, to end this misery. And I wonder... I wa-wa-wa-wa-wonder why....Ah-why-why-why-why-why she ran away...And I wonder where she will stay. My little runaway, run-run-run-run-runaway."

Stars: George Peppard, Mr. T, Dwight Schultz, Dirk Benedict

Votes: 41,832

most gals liked Face Man, but I liked Merdoc. Looking back on this show, we wondered a few things. How'd all that shooting and vehicles wrecking NEVER hurt anyone and, how'd they ALWAYS manage to find, no matter WHERE they were at: military grade automatic weapons, some kind of metal sheeting to make into armor plating and an oxy/acetylene torch! And....the biggest of all....how'd they ALWAYS manage to trick a street-wise bruiser like BA to drink something spiked or allow himself to be knocked out? He went nose to nose with Rocky for pete's sake! ;) "In 1972, a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them....maybe you can hire... The A-Team."
