Top 10 Best Prison Movies

I have found the following to be the best prison-related movies based on actual morality, storyline, complexity, character development, and proper usage of plot devices. Of course, each movie holds a distinguishing persona and feel depicted on screen through captivating performances, but the real savage pinnacle of the mental/psychological battle as well as the physical struggle and attempts at either escape, defiance, resistance, resilience, or a war of ego make these flicks shine.
