The ranking may change due to the fact that it is very hard to compare a series of which just one season exists while others are already finished and had several seasons.
Also I haven't seen many of the so-called 'Best-Series-Ever' like The Wire, The Sopranos, Oz, Six Feet Under, Mad Men, Deadwood etc.
They will be added when I had the time to watch them completely.
