Who would have thought and HBO miniseries from 2001 would still top the list. Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg brought us 10 episodes into the lives of a company regiment in WWII. The most perfect show in category. Writing, direction, story, characters, action it made you care for these soldiers feel as though you were in battle ok the front lines with these over 70 years. The series that put together the most credible cast. The Cast Of Damian Lewis, Ron Livingston, Neal McDonough, Richard Speight Jr, Stephen Graham, David Schwimmer, Scott Grimes, Marc Warren. The faces we didn't know who have since become famous Hollywood actors: Michael Fassbender, Simon Pegg, Tom Hardy it was the perfect show from start to finish no weak episodes beautiful storytelling and soundtrack my personal favorite show even 8 years after experiencing it in its entirety the first time. 5/5

Absolutely no surprise the most watched show in most countries around the world and for good reason. Cars haven't been more interesting. The test drives, races, challenges and international specials. Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May lighted up our screens for over a decade 22 series of pure gold and the most entertainment you can have week in week out 4.5/5

Votes: 323,808

My favorite long running series drama. Has everything I could ask for good characters, great cast, action, fight choreography the story is engaging some of the most despicable characters counterbalanced with the characters who show a heart even in dire situations. The 7 seasons were a constant journey although I think 3 is incredibly weak. It started as it ended on a wild ride 4.5/5

4. Batman: The Animated Series (1992–1995)

TV-PG | 23 min | Animation, Action, Adventure

The Dark Knight battles crime in Gotham City with occasional help from Robin and Batgirl.

Stars: Kevin Conroy, Loren Lester, Efrem Zimbalist Jr., Bob Hastings

Votes: 117,162

The best animated show of the 90s. The best representation of batman outside of comic book form. Conroy as batman is up there with Keaton for the best. Hamill's joker up there with ledger for the best. It did nothing wrong, pulled no punches, balls to the wall cartoon for kids with adult themes. The stories engaging the animation flawless the writing and voice acting top draw. The comedic moments gut busting. the episode trial covers that and then some. The most real animated show I've ever had the pleasure to watch 4/5

5. Breaking Bad (2008–2013)

TV-MA | 45 min | Crime, Drama, Thriller

Stars: Bryan Cranston, Aaron Paul, Anna Gunn, Betsy Brandt

Votes: 2,139,653

The most well written show I've ever watched. The characters and performances breathtaking. The story just gets deeper and deeper no plot holes left everything explained and thought out. Cranston and Paul's chemistry (no pun intended) simmers you with delight the most crazy representation of a human being regardless of occupation since tony soprano. If you haven't watched them please start 4/5

6. Skins (2007–2013)

TV-MA | 46 min | Drama

The story of a group of British teens who are trying to grow up and find love and happiness despite questionable parenting and teachers who would rather be friends (and lovers) than authority figures.

Votes: 93,148

One of Britains best shows. Nowone has explored the depths of teen drama like skins over 7 seasons with 3 different main casts it has tackled many problems teenagers go through. Sex, drugs, abortion, school, death, life it has experienced it all. The characters range from heartless to kind to complete psychopaths. Cook to Sid, effy to Frankie, mini to tony it has covered all the bases in a word brilliant 4/5

For almost two decades this has been the cartoon to never falter in consistency, address the issues of the real world with nothing held back and no consideration for who it offends in a word genius. Stan, Kyle, Kenny and Cartman are the kids who push the boundaries in different fighting the abuse from school and the crazy families they live with each season has a few and sometimes many episodes great and controversial episodes that keep you coming back for more. 4/5

The BBC once again delivers in this inspiring homage to the greatest fictional detective. Now set in modern day Sherlock and Watson must tackle the undergoings of crime in the heart of London. They face the battles of the hated Jim Moriarty aswell as the personal battles of their relationships through failures and success. Cumberbatch and Freeman are superb and really bring the characters to light better than any tv adaptation before them. While short in episode Quantity the quality is a homerun must watch! 4/5
