IMO, he had the right body type to be Gambit. Gambit has been living on the streets most of his life he should be thin, he can be muscular yet not to muscular, & absolutely has to have a Louisiana accent.
Something I don’t think Channing Tatum could have pulled off back when there was word of doing a solo movie. Right off the bat Tatum doesn’t have the right body type he’s to muscular IMO. I’m sure that Tatum could be a good fit elsewhere, but for now this is about Taylor Kitsch.
