Get ready for an explosive new episode of “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” with Season 11 Episode 27, titled “Blame Canada,” airing on MTV at 8:00 Pm on Tuesday, March 26, 2024. In this highly anticipated installment, tensions reach a boiling point as the cast heads north to Canada in hopes of finding some respite from the drama.
As the group arrives in the Great White North, they’re hopeful that the change of scenery will lead to cooler heads prevailing. However, old tensions resurface when Sierra and Bambi find themselves unable to resolve their high-altitude problem, leading to a clash of personalities.
Meanwhile, Spice’s ongoing feud with Karlie shows no signs of cooling down, prompting Jessica to intervene and stir the pot even further. With emotions running high and tempers flaring, viewers can expect plenty of drama, confrontation, and unexpected twists as the cast navigates the rocky terrain of relationships and rivalries in the chilly Canadian landscape.

This Dune article contains spoilers.
After ingesting the Spice Melange, Guild Navigators working for Choam gain precognitive abilities, allowing them to chart paths for interstellar space travel, making Arrakis, the only source of Spice, the most important planet in the galaxy. Such is the premise of Frank Herbert‘s Dune novels, which inspired the 2021 blockbuster and Denis Villeneuve’s upcoming sequel, Dune: Part Two.
In the first movie, the Spice enhances young Paul Atreides’ burgeoning prescience. That effect gives Paul visions of his future leading the Fremen with Chani at his side. But it also tells him things about others, as he reveals to his mother Jessica, “I know you are pregnant.”
We here on Earth don’t have access to the Spice of Arrakis or the powers it endows. So if we want to see the future about movie releases or casting decisions, we have to rely on leaks and speculation.

Campaigning is an essential part of a successful awards season. This year it has been varied with the return of TV appearances in addition to performances for internet media voters may frequent. And campaigning seems as intense as ever, so let’s look at how the potential nominees did so before nomination voting closed on October 20.

Late night talk shows
Talk shows have always been good campaigning spots, and this year they were even more so. Talk shows went off-air for months due to the WGA strike, so many people were eager to watch them again when they finally came back on the air. Coincidentally, the return of these shows almost matched with the first day of Grammy voting (October 11), so there was a lot of hype that artists could take advantage of.

In news that shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone familiar with her subversive antics, Grimes is inviting fans — or rather, flat-out encouraging them — to make an AI-generated song using her voice.
“I’ll split 50% royalties on any successful AI generated song that uses my voice,” Grimes tweeted on April 23rd in reference to “Heart On My Sleeve,” the phony Drake and The Weeknd song that went viral earlier this month. While that AI-generated tune prompted Universal Music Group to file a copyright claim, Grimes insists that this would be totally kosher: “Feel free to use my voice without penalty. I have no label and no legal bindings.”
She went on to say that she thinks “it’s cool to be fused [with] a machine” and that she likes “the idea of open sourcing all art and killing copyright,” a rich statement coming from someone who shares children with the second-wealthiest man in the world.

With 15 seasons under its belt, RuPaul’s Drag Race doesn’t appear to be slowing down any time soon.
“We’ll be doing these interviews when it’s RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 72,” joked Season 15 queen Mistress Isabelle Brooks, who was joined on Deadline’s Contenders Television: Documentary + Unscripted panel by queens Anetra, Sasha Colby and Luxx Noir London.
Season 15 was the biggest yet, literally, boasting the largest cast in the series’ history. The 16 queens competed for $200,000, its biggest cash prize even. It was also the first season to feature biological relatives, twins Sugar and Spice. Season 15 also was the highest-rated season of RuPaul’s Drag Race in three years, after the series moved from VH1 to MTV.
So what is the key to this longevity?
“I feel like Drag Race really just has everything you’re kind of looking for in reality television,” said London. “You have really pretty people. You have really dynamic personalities.

The past week has been a roller coaster for Kai Cenat. At the time of this post, Cenat’s stream is inaccessible due to a violation of Twitch rules. During his downtime, he received a shout-out from rapper Nicki Minaj, who identified herself as a fan of the consensus Streamer of the Year.
Twitch did not provide an official explanation for its decision to take Cenat offline, but a message on his account claims that he committed “a violation of Twitch’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.” According to Dexerto, Twitch gave Cenat the banhammer after he performed a “simulated sexual activity” on his stream.
In most cases, Twitch bans are not momentous enough to make headlines, but Cenat is a record-setter on Twitch, where his streams have reached as many as 300,000 paying subscribers. By putting him in timeout, Twitch has drawn criticism from Cenat’s supporters, and Minaj...

We've made it, Drag Race fans! The crown has been snatched, the confetti has fallen, and our jaws have dropped.
America has found its next drag superstar on RuPaul's Drag Race Season 15 Episode 16.
This was a tight race to the finish, possibly one of the tightest in Drag Race herstory. But there was no doubt that your favorite drag queen's favorite drag queen wasn't claiming another big win and leaving her mark in herstory.
The crowning episode is typically a night of celebration. Everything from the lip-syncs to the interviews to the cheesy segments is about making it a glitzy night to celebrate drag.
"Grand Finale" was no exception!
And I'd be remiss not to talk about how empowering the grand finale was for drag queens and the 2Slgbtq+ community as a whole.
It's been a tough year for drag queens, especially due to all the hurtful debates and discriminatory legislation targeting them.

Nicki Minaj, who’s referred to herself as the Queen on numerous occasions, has officially extended her line to the throne by remixing the Ice Spice track “Princess Diana.”
“Princess Diana,” from Ice Spice’s January debut EP Like…?, sees the Bronx rapper liken her newfound fame and status to that of the late icon: “Nowadays, I be duckin’ them cameras/ And they hype that I’m up on them banners/ Callin’ my phone, but they know I don’t answer/ In the hood I’m like Princess Diana,” she says.
The new remix plays up the princess/queen dynamic between Ice Spice and Minaj. Of course, Minaj is no stranger to the limelight, and she uses her guest verse here to spit some sage advice to her protege: “They burned, they London Bridges/ None of them bitches British,” she raps, alluding to all the (presumably American) bad-faith people she’s cut ties with.

The single sees rap artists Minaj, 40, and Spice, 23, come together for the first time.
Born Isis Gaston, Ice Spice rose to prominence in late 2022 with her hit “Munch”.
The original “Princess Diana” track featured on Spice’s Like..? EP, released in January. This new version, released on Friday (14 April) has been reworked with Minaj delivering heavy-hitting bars.
Fans were quick to show their appreciation for the collaboration and praised it widely on social media.
However, some also noticed that the track may have included potential details about Minaj’s forthcoming music business ventures.
In early March, Minaj released her first single of the year, titled “Red Ruby Da Sleeze”. It samples Lumidee’s 2003 hit “Never Leave You”, and became Minaj’s ninth number one on the Hot Rap Songs chart.

Tea was spilled. Dirt was dished. And some queens got some long-awaited grievances off their chests.
The reunion gave us a 2-hour montage of unfiltered fun and edited segments on RuPaul's Drag Race Season 15 Episode 15.
Even if the competition comes first, the reunion always finds a way to give us the needed drama. This special is welcomed and a must-have for every year!
A good reunion needs a few key things: the queens being together in person, an openness to spill all the tea, and some drama in and out of the competition.
"Reunited" checked many of the boxes we'd come to expect; the reunion was a good time that mainly stayed upbeat. Though, for a 2-hour show, it felt like many of the queens were silent or were staying in their "Congenial Era."
Like why did a good number of queens not talk as much?
Queens like Salina EsTitties,...

Each week on “Whatcha Packin’,” Michelle Visage interviews the recently eliminated queen and shows us some of the runway looks they didn’t get the chance to use on the show. Following her episode 12 elimination, a “very nervous” Salina EsTitties describes what it was like for her to be in the bottom so often and how she learned to “stop your mind chatter.” Watch the full episode above via the official RuPaul’s Drag Race channel on YouTube.
In her conversation with Salina, Michelle gave Salina words of wisdom about how to receive feedback without taking it personally. She explained that as a judge she critiques the queens with the goal of telling them “what would be the best for you.” She told Salina that she “grew exponentially” during her time on the show and she’s proud of her for that.

The majority of RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 15 contained shorter episodes, going from 90 to 60 minutes, including commercials. However, that didn’t stop the drag reality television competition series from packing its runtime with both talent and drama. RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 15 first introduced the world to “metalgate,” but episode 12 is bringing “Heavengate” to the forefront.

Episode 6, “Old Friends Gold,” tasked the queens with writing and performing lyrics as old lady girl groups. The contestants had to determine which group would perform which song, which included country, metal, and hip-hop genres.
Things got spicy when drama broke out between two groups fighting over the metal song, which became known as “metalgate.” Luxx Noir London, Marcia Marcia Marcia, Mistress Isabelle Brooks, and Salina EsTitties formed one of the groups that desired the song, while Aura Mayari, Malaysia Babydoll Foxx,...

“RuPaul’s Drag Race” season 15 continued on January 27 with the next step in the competition toward discovering “America’s next drag superstar.” Last week, twins Sugar and Spice fell into the bottom two together after chaotic and confusing turns in “Snatch Game.” After their well-rehearsed Lip Sync for Your Life to “You Better Run,” Spice was chosen as the sister to stay while Sugar was asked to “sashay away.” This week, the 13 remaining girls use home decor elements in their first design challenge of the season.
Seated at the judges’ dais for episode 4 was Emmy winning host RuPaul Charles, longtime bestie Michelle Visage and recurring judge Ross Mathews. They were joined by multitalented star Janelle Monae as this week’s guest judge.
The 13 queens still in the competition are: Amethyst, Anetra, Aura Mayari, Jax, Loosey Laduca, Luxx Noir London, Malaysia Babydoll Foxx, Marcia Marcia Marcia, Mistress Isabelle Brooks, Robin Fierce, Salina EsTitties,...

Ice Spice hasn’t seen much of Atlanta yet when we speak on the phone in September, but she’s already formed the kind of assessment you’d expect from a tried-and-true New Yorker. “It kind of looks like Jersey a little,” she says.
