Eyes follow Anya Taylor-Joy whenever she steps on a red carpet, and the descriptions of her ensembles that follow often include adjectives like glamorous, ethereal, angelic, and the like. But when she faced photographers’ lenses in Sydney in early May for the world premiere of George Miller’s Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga, what followed was a series of exclamation points. Edgy! Electric! Striking! Furiosa-approved!
Taylor-Joy donned a vintage look from Paco Rabanne’s spring 1996 haute couture collection. The sheer chain-mail creation featured triangular and oval diamonté adornments with arrow spikes jutting out from both the body of the dress and the matching headpiece.

Roger Federer — who’s about to get the sports doc treatment on Amazon — has had a busy few days in Los Angeles.
On March 10, he attended the Oscars for the second time with his wife Mirka, and afterward hit the Vanity Fair Oscar Party. Two nights later, Federer and eyewear company Oliver Peoples threw a celebrity-studded dinner at Sunset Tower — attended by the likes of Trevor Noah, Sharon Stone, Edgar Ramirez, Maria Sharapova, Jay Ellis and Lindsey Vonn — to celebrate his new sunglasses line with the brand.
And while there’s no date yet set for his documentary, Federer recently saw a screening of the feature-length film, which is helmed by Oscar-winning director Asif Kapadia (Amy) and co-director Joe Sabia.
The tennis great told GQ that he was emotionally walloped by watching the doc and reliving moments that are in the film, which follows the last 12 days of his pro...

After a whirlwind of pink press tour looks, Barbie star and co-producer Margot Robbie kept her Oscars 2024 look rose-free in a black minimalist Versace gown.
Save for a light dusting of Chanel blush and nude pink lipstick by makeup artist Pati Dubroff, Robbie’s red carpet ensemble — styled by Andrew Mukamal — was noticeably devoid of the Barbiecore fuschia shade that has dominated fashion over the last two years. Her sparkling sequin dress featured a ruched waistline and rounded neckline reminiscent of Barbie’s 1960 Solo in the Spotlight wiggle dress, sans the mermaid tulle hem. (You can shop a similar dress from Unique Vintage’s official Barbie collection here.) The look was finished with a gold and diamond twisted bangle and matching ring by Fred Leighton.
Hairstylist and Drybar ambassador Bryce Scarlett left Robbie’s hair loose and long, while Chanel artist Betina Goldstein used a neutral taupe shade on the star’s nails.

With Barbie being among the top nominated films at the Oscars, everyone was betting that the red carpet fashion would be awash with Barbiecore pink.
Alas, most of the blockbuster film’s nominees swapped the rose hue for black. Barbie star and co-producer Margot Robbie arrived on the red carpet in Versace channeling a minimalist version of Barbie’s 1960 Solo in the Spotlight ensemble. Stylist Andrew Mukamal finished her look with gold and diamond jewelry by Fred Leighton.
“I think people have a pink hangover, but I wish there was more pink,” Simu Liu told ABC7 Los Angeles’ George Pennacchio on the red carpet.

Bye, Barbie.
Warner Bros. released Greta Gerwig’s Barbie last summer, on July 21, 2023, and it became an instant pop culture phenomenon before going on to end the year as the No. 1 movie of the year thanks to a $1.445 billion dollar finish. The pink-a-palooza continued with an awards season run — capped by eight Oscar nominations including one for best picture — that’s come complete with a high fashion promo tour thanks to producer and star Margot Robbie.
But now that the Oscars are just hours away, the A-lister revealed what her plans are come next week during a brief interview with The Hollywood Reporter on Saturday night before heading into Chanel and Charles Finch’s 15th annual pre-Oscars dinner at Polo Lounge in Beverly Hills. But first, Robbie was keen to name two of her favorite Chanel looks she’s worn recently.

In a project with her stylist, Hollywood star Margot Robbie has collaborated on an upcoming ‘Barbie’ fashion book. The 33-year-old, who played the blonde doll in Greta Gerwig’s smash ‘Barbie’ film, worked with her stylist Andrew Mukamal on the project, which has been announced on Instagram.
Mukamal said he had collaborated with the star actress on a fashion book chronicling the ‘Barbie’ movie’s press tour and its style moments, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
‘Barbie: The World Tour’ is set to hit bookshelves on March 8.
It is two days before the Oscars, which snubbed Robbie by not giving her a best actress nod in the 2024 Oscars nominees, which were announced Tuesday (January 23), for her titular role in ‘Barbie’.

We’re living in the age of “Barbie,” and nowhere has that been more evident than the custom fashions Margot Robbie and stylist Andrew Mukamal curated for the billion-dollar grossing movie’s press tour.
Since debuting the first look at “Barbie” at CinemaCon in April 2022, Robbie has rocked Barbiecore styles on nearly every red carpet and press appearance (most recently stunning in custom Armani inspired by 1977’s Superstar Barbie at the Golden Globes), all of which will now be commemorated in the fashion photo book “Barbie: The World Tour.”

Is the male peacock trend over? The prevailing menswear trend at the 2024 Golden Globes was that most guys seemed to have left their ties behind at home or in the Uber — a perilous decision that in some cases created a look that felt a bit too nonchalant for the evening.
But the women more than made up for the men’s collective relaxed attitude with their glamorous looks, from the shimmer of Taylor Swift’s lime-green Gucci sequined gown to the flurry of roses on Jennifer Lopez’s romantic pink wrap with matching gown. And speaking of pink, Margot Robbie is in no hurry to abandon Barbie‘s favorite color, instead working with a legendary couturier on her Golden Globes look.

Was that Avril Lavigne hanging outside shows during this most recent fashion month? No, it was Kaia Gerber living her best "Sk8er Boi" life in ensembles that looked both underground-chic and high fashion. Cindy Crawford's daughter practically owned the fashion weeks, walking in the latest luxury pieces from Tom Ford to Anna Sui (alongside Gigi and Bella Hadid) to shutting down Paris Fashion Week at Miu Miu and Valentino. If anyone can pick a pop culture winner it's the gays, right? Tonight at 10:00pm the Logo channel (our parent company) is airing the 2010 NewNowNext Awards. For those few people left on the planet who aren't familiar with them, these awards are about finding today what will be trending tomorrow. While other awards honor those who have already made it, Nnn Awards sets its sights on brink of fame up-and-comers who are just beginning to be buzzed about.

If we hadn't been madly in love with "The City" and "Kell on Earth" PR guru Kelly Cutrone before today -- which we were -- this video would definitely seal the deal. As we've seen from preview clips, Whitney Port's claws come out in tonight's (May 11) episode of "The City."
Though Whitney's usually a gentle soul, Olivia Palermo crosses the line when she causes some commotion with Whit's promotion. Whitney isn't having it. Finally.
We're not the only ones completely delighted by this turn of events. Cutrone, along with her employees, sidekicks, and "Kell on Earth" co-stars Andrew Mukamal and Stefanie Skinner, decided to throw some support Whitney's way. In the video below, they all sing along to '90s classic "Bitch" by Meredith Brooks.
"Say it," Kelly says. "I want my f***ing..."
"MTV!" Skinner and Mukamal chime in.
"Tonight we are on Team Whitney, who finally shows her inner b****!" Cutrone adds.

Being the huge Kelly Cutrone fans that we are, we read a whole lot of articles about the star of Bravo's "Kell On Earth" and MTV's "The City."
Some of the stuff written about her is almost as good as Kelly's own "Kelly-isms."
Yeah, some are just mean. Some praise her. Some are just stating the facts. And some are just too funny not share with the world.
Here are our top five fave quotes about Kelly Cutrone from the past week:
5.) "Hard edged fashion PR maven Kelly Cutrone might not seem like the ultimate source of inspiration, considering she spends the majority of her TV time yelling at her employees and snapping at runway show seat stealers."
- Beliefnet seemed surprised that Kelly Cutrone's girl-power book, If You Have to Cry, Go Outside, was actually inspirational.

If you watch "Kell On Earth," you probably like Stefanie Skinner. In a world that sees clients, employees and interns dropping like flies, Skinner is die hard.
She spoke to us about the recent employee exodus, her nervous breakdowns and the misconceptions viewers may have about the gal that keeps the "Revolution" rolling.
In the last episode, lots of viewers were shocked to see Stephanie Vorhees leave. We knew she was going at some point, but not this soon. Why do you think Vorhees didn't work out?
People's Revolution is not one of those places that's going to hold your hand. Half of it is common sense. Like the one time I stepped out of the office, she's calling me 20 times and text messaging me. Then, I finally picked up my phone and was like, 'did you even look? This is common sense. As one of the breakout stars of Bravo's "Kell on Earth," Stefanie Skinner shows what it takes to make it in the high stress world of fashion PR and her hard work has earned her some dedicated fans.

So, if anyone knows how to look good on a PR girl's budget, it's Skinner. We talked to her about her love of fashion and how to get by on an assistant's salary.
Why do you think you've become a favorite for viewers?

Toni Braxton fans, you can breathe again. Reports say Bravo has just inked the deal on the reality series featuring the singer.
Braxton mentioned the show, currently titled "Braxton Family Values," on the 2010 Grammy red carpet. Reports now say the contract has been signed.
The show will premiere in the fall, Sister2Sister Magazine reports, and will follow Braxton in the studio and her return to the stage after her newest album, "Pulse" releases on Tue. May 4.
Reports say the show will also feature Braxton juggling the resurgence of her singing career with her responsibilities to her family. It will be interesting to see how her current separation from husband Keri Lewis of Mint Condition will factor into the show (if at all).
Hopefully, Braxton will talk about the show when she appears tomorrow (Thu. Feb. 11) on "The Wendy Williams Show."
