On the Waterfront (1954)
"Could you be anymore self-critical?"
The show ended almost 20 years ago but its legacy is intact, its influence undeniable and its sense of comedic timing hardly equaled. And it's fair to say that the lion-share of laughs was provided by one particular friend.whil
Joey was goofy, Ross was awkward but Chandler was... well, call it wit, sarcasm, deadpan, tongue-in-cheek, geeky lunacy or self-derision... whatever defined his humor was so unique and bizarre that one TV character might be as funny as Chandler, even funnier, but no character will ever be funny the way HE was.
Chandler was indeed such an iconic (and likable) character that many polls were dedicated to his unforgettable one-liners: the first one and the second so another 'Chandler Bing' quotes might have been redundant. The following poll invites you to imagine Chandler Bing being present when some iconic American movie quotes were delivered... and what his response would be.
So which of these Chandlerisms inserted in classic movie dialogues is your favorite?

And Rest in Peace, Matthew Perry aka Miss Chanandler Bong...
"Could you be anymore self-critical?"
"And I want to be the recipient."
"Wait till you move to Newark."
"Now, let's not be over-dramatic."
"You had me at 'Klaatu'"
"That's great, I've always wanted to visit Afghanistan!"
"No, you first."
"With your eyes, thank goodness."
"Do you accept 'running like a rabbit' as an alternative?"
"I know... chocolate."
"Where does that put the exes?"
"As long as it's not a giant, pink, bunny suit..."
"Let me guess: fifteen drunk topless yacht girls are joining in?"
"And what a majestic log jump it's just made!"
"Even after sex?"
"Tell them not to misspell my name on their banners."
"And I need $100 to fix my toilet flush."
"Maybe they just misread 'snacks'?"
"Is there a middle response option?"
"So far, death is doing pretty well, too."
"Well, I guess we've just broken the ice..."
"Can I just get busy lyin'?"
"My virginity... but believe me, you don't want to know."
"Okay, first clue: it's not a 'she'."
"Let me guess the third rule: you must not be redundant!"
