This is a melancholy time for all the friends of Friends (1994) as the sad passing of Matthew Perry shook a community of fans that transcend generations and language barriers.
The show ended almost 20 years ago but its legacy is intact, its influence undeniable and its sense of comedic timing hardly equaled. And it's fair to say that the lion-share of laughs was provided by one particular friend.whil
Joey was goofy, Ross was awkward but Chandler was... well, call it wit, sarcasm, deadpan, tongue-in-cheek, geeky lunacy or self-derision... whatever defined his humor was so unique and bizarre that one TV character might be as funny as Chandler, even funnier, but no character will ever be funny the way HE was.
