If there is a redeeming quality to this film it's that Joe doesn't have to work hard to portray a drinking slob - in fact, he seems to have been born to play the role. He likes it by the can, and if you watch this movie you'll like it by the keg. Have one or two and race Joe Don Baker to the finish to see who can get wasted first.
