This sequel to John Carpenter's Halloween isn't terrible, but it's not good either. The makers of this film were obviously in a rush to get this cut of the film finished. It's evident enough. I have both this version and the Producer's Cut and I think the PC version is better because it explains more about Michael and the Thorn cult, which by the way is a real cult that happens every so often on Halloween night. So in closing I hope the makers of this film decide to make a DVD that has this version and the theatrical trailer, because we owe it to Donald Pleasance to show as much of him in the film as possible.
